This is great, you could even enhance the result by adding some loop cuts and extruding some faces in each AI picture to get some basic parallax effect with the camera motion.

Nope nothing I've seen that's really special. They're working on something now you can only get on github if you're a bit tech savy. It's called: gaussian splatting. Look it up, seems very cool. But actual 3D models from AI is still a bit iffy. We'll wait.
