This video helped me out. I thought my left side hearing aid wasn’t working, it wasn’t making any sound but it would still be detected by my phone. But I couldn’t even hear anything coming in from it, even if I touched it.

Mine doesn't look dirty after 4 weeks. When should the Wax Guard be cleaned?

I was told to replace them when you can no longer hear from that unit.
