Solivata is an Orlando Florida 55+ community for active adults located near Disney. Solivita offers Orlando new construction homes and resales with the amenities for a 55+ community. Solivita Florida is located on 4,300 acres south of Walt Disney World in which 60% of it will remain conservation. Solivita golf courses includes two 18 hole golf courses in our downtown area. In addition, Solivita has two swimming pools there, one indoor, one outdoor. There are also three restaurants. The Grill, the Mosaics is the second one. And then our Marketplace Bistro, that's the pizza parlor. Our current incentive with a cash buyer would be up to a certain dollar amount depending on what the sales price is. And then for financing, if you use our lender, we have different incentives for people that are going to be financing as well. Our least expensive home starts at $352,000 and our most expensive starts at $404,000.
Solavita' Orlando Florida offers 4 heated swimming pools, a large, beautiful indoor walking trail, fitness center and over 200 different clubs and organizations. They also, believe it or not, actually have personal trainers available every day here at the Riviera Fitness and Spa Center.
So I am standing inside the Allorora model. This is a beautiful single family home, roughly 1,655 square feet. It's two bedrooms, two baths, and a flex space. There is a two car garage. There is a beautiful lot in the back, little backyard, partially fenced. This one is on a lake. It is beautifully laid out and it's comfortable. You feel very cozy in here. These homes that we're showing you, we'll start in the low $300 thousands and go just above $400,000. It is a very wonderful community.
We also look at the Magari model here at Solita 55 plus community. This is a special one that is the larger of the three models on offer at 1,723 square foot. That's the one that we're in right now because it can come in two bedroom or three, and you can just tell that this is an incredibly open floor plan. This lot in particular has a screened in paved back patio with some partially fenced in grass yard space and looking at an incredible water view as well. So this one, as the larger square footage will come at that higher spectrum of the price range we were talking about over $400,000. Still incredible value for what you're getting here.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

@@KimberlyMargaret The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
Had the pleasure of checking out Solivita in August, the place is beautiful but it's off the beaten path, there is no shopping malls or any good restaurants in the area. Also the traffic is a nightmare! We decided to look elsewhere for a retirement home.

That's all part of the HOA fee including secured gates, common area maintenance and irrigation. Club fees (part of the total monthly amount) was reduced by $100 last year. And HOA fees now include internet 😊

Why not move to the Villages?
Thank you for the question. There are many reasons that living near Disney might be preferred. The entertainment is great and ever changing. If you want to work the theme parks offer benefits including complimentary tickets. And where would your grandkids rather visit? I am sure the Villages are nice but this is truly a magical place to live.
And you are closer to the airport to travel to visit family. I would rather travel 30 minutes to get to an international airport instead of 2 hours
