Ironically I just recorded a video where someone got a turn 3 Vein Ripper and I scooped on the spot. I'm not sure if it's ban-worthy but it definitely feels unbeatable on turn 3.
So, the tribal is only enabled by Metallic Mimic, right? Still sweet, but I wonder if we can squeeze more out of that specific tribe. 🤔 Maybe MH3 will add a new toy or two.
And Realmwalker! When I first made this I was trying to convert modern affinity/hardened scales into Pioneer. I started with Scales, Steel Overseer, and Hangarback Walker, but as I was filling out the deck I noticed so many of my cards were Constructs, and conveniently Metallic Mimic was a perfect fit so I ran with it. :P
I'd heavily recommend replacing Realm Walker with Mystic forge. It does the same thing essentially, but also gives you some amount of top-deck manipulation. It's not a creature, and it costs one more mana, but I feel the upsides can make up for that.
