Hey shivesh First of all a big thanks for all the recipes you have shared. Your recipes have helped me to a great extent. When i started this journey I tried many recipes from UA-cam and one day as usual i was going through videos and fortunately your fudgy chocolate brownie video caught my eyes after that day I have been immensely grateful because I found one stop for all the baking recipes! Initially I was baking for close friends and family but then I started my small business (The Bake Walk) in lockdown and growing slowly. But genuinely it has been very tough journey for me to manage things with my Dal Bhatti cooker pan, foremost is you can’t really set temperature and that has what made it quite difficult for me. I really want to try all your recipes but i can’t really do that on gas and that’s why I’m looking forward to win this contest. If I win this I will definitely try macrons and cookies first, and offcourse cheesecakes🤤 And each and every recipe you have posted which I haven’t tried yet! I usually cook without a oven or a microwave so more often than not I'd fail as it's very hard to control the stove and checking again and again hinders the process. But your recipes helped me sooo much, i still remember the first cake that i baked and came out perfectly was your devil's chocolate cake. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU SHIVESH. It's because of ONLY YOU that we have survived this pandemic, which started with trying out mug cakes and then Apple Cinnamon cake, Rasmalai Tres Leches cake and the list is endless. With the Borosil oven I would definitely love to try out all your COOKIE recipes since they bake the best in an OTG. Also would love to try out FOCCACIA and BRIOCHE breads since bread making has always been a little horrifying to me. With borosil OTG, I would definitely try to overcome all those fears and try a lot more stuff from your channel, that gorgeous CHOCOLATE CAKE TIRAMISU (with lady fingers made from scratch) tops the list 😍

With you, and with your remarkable videos, I now bake deliciously soft eggless cakes 😁. Being a wannabe Baker this has been my personal achievement through the pandemic, not to forget the fact that it helped me with cope with my mental health too. I tried this recipe, the ganache seemed quite off in the beginning, but when I applied it on cake base and kept it in fridge overnight, ahhhhhh, it was so yummy. Everyone loved itttttt!

I love to bake for my friends and family I love giving handmade baked goods to them on their birthday. Be it cakes,cookies or cinnamon rolls i want to bake all of em for myself and everyone i love. My grandmother has a hard time eating hard biscuits so i love to bake her your recipe of chocolate chip cookies they are soft and easy to chew for her! My current oven is 23 years old, which means it's one year older than me😂 and it tends to get super hot and if I don't monitor the temperature constantly my cakes will burn from the top.

I will definitely make a basic sponge cake. I know its not fancy schmancy but the most basic recipes are usually the most difficult to perfect. My cakes usually don't bake evenly so I hope the Borosil oven helps my cake cook beautifully and evenly :)

So my daughter told me about your videos and ever since I've baked most of your cakes, and just loved all of them. I make all of these in a kadhaii only and get the best results and I love to share these bakes of mine with my friends, family and little grandchildren. With the over i would love to bake cookies I've been trying to make cookies for a long time now using a pan but it never turn out the way I want to be sometimes it's very soft sometimes it's very hard so having a oven would be really really great!!

With the Borosil oven I would definitely love to try out all your COOKIE recipes since they bake the best in an OTG. Also would love to try out FOCCACIA and BRIOCHE breads since bread making has always been a little horrifying to me. With borosil OTG, I would definitely try to overcome all those fears and try a lot more stuff from your channel, that gorgeous CHOCOLATE CAKE TIRAMISU (with lady fingers made from scratch) tops the list 😍

With you, and with your remarkable videos, I now bake deliciously soft eggless cakes 😁. Being a wannabe Baker this has been my personal achievement through the pandemic, not to forget the fact that it helped me with cope with my mental health too. I tried this recipe, the ganache seemed quite off in the beginning, but when I applied it on cake base and kept it in fridge overnight, ahhhhhh, it was so yummy. Everyone loved itttttt!

I love giving handmade baked goods to them on their birthday. Be it cakes,cookies or cinnamon rolls i want to bake all of em for myself and everyone i love. My grandmother has a hard time eating hard biscuits so i love to bake her your recipe of chocolate chip cookies they are soft and easy to chew for her! My current oven is 23 years old, which means it's one year older than me😂 and it tends to get super hot and if I don't monitor the temperature constantly my cakes will burn from the top.

I will definitely make a basic sponge cake. I know its not fancy schmancy but the most basic recipes are usually the most difficult to perfect. My cakes usually don't bake evenly so I hope the Borosil oven helps my cake cook beautifully and evenly :)

With the over i would love to bake cookies I've been trying to make cookies for a long time now using a pan but it never turn out the way I want to be sometimes it's very soft sometimes it's very hard so having a oven would be really really great!!
