    🔔 Broccoli doenjang side dish. (1T=Rice spoon)
    200g broccoli, 300g enoki mushrooms, 1/2 red pepper, 10cm green onion, 1T salt, 1T doenjang (40g), 1/2T minced garlic, 1T perilla oil, 1T plum syrup, 2T perilla powder (20g).
    ✨ Broccoli doenjang side dish.
    1. Trim broccoli, enoki mushrooms, red pepper, and green onions.
    2. Blanch 1T of coarse salt and broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    3. Add the enoki mushrooms and stir evenly, then turn off the heat.
    4. Remove the broccoli and enoki mushrooms and spread them through a sieve to cool.
    5. Add 1T doenjang (40g), 1/2T minced garlic, 1T perilla oil, and 1T plum syrup and mix.
    6. Add cooled broccoli and enoki mushrooms and mix.
    7. Add red pepper, green onion, and 2T (20g) perilla powder and mix.
