Superb video Robert one of the best I've seen. A truly excellent layout with great authenticity and a heartfelt commentary. I trust you are very proud of your achievements.
AWESOME, EXCELLENT and PERFECT!!!!! Nice work, Robert is right, the layout is never done. I have several projects on my layout to complete also. Thank you for sharing and keep up the good work.
Great work, at 60+ I'am in the same situation , wife said the same thing, but living in a mobile home space is tight but still was able to make room for 15 inch by 4ft module (2) it is relaxing and fun again great work and keep them running
The Katy will be the base of my layout as I build it. I grew up right along the tracks of the MKT railroad, in Katy, Texas. But eventually I will also have a Big Boy locomotive.
Quality content and professional narration sir. I’m a newbie to n scale railroad and I’m from the uk so it’s a massive learning curve for me ,however looking at your layout I don’t need to rush to achieve a believable atmospheric scenery and layout like yours .... I wish . Thank you for sharing with your ongoing life time dream 👍
I'm very impressed with this layout!! I'm also getting started on a N scale Kato layout as well. Yep, I'm also collecting alot of stuff as well so I can have everything I need, even if I have to change things as I go. Great Job!! Mark
Its so great with the exception of easy track. I HATE easy track. But other than my OCD with easy track its amazing!! It shows your creativity. Plus no clutter and realistic track plans. Wonderful job.
So cool - looks like the Frisco Chief that Santa Fe ran, as it had the ALCOs and domes. They used HiLevels on that train, too. Saw a video of it in Oklahoma, I think. Makes me miss my N-scale empire of the 1980s. Lots of detail. Liked the church scene -Lordy, a hearse was there, lol! Trains ran at a nice, realistic speed, too. That the layout is never done is artistically inspiring...means there's lots more fun to be had.
that was a cool video ,, to meet you and see your layout for the first time ,, and I am just starting my second layout , but your right they are never really done
Passion working on n scale is priceless my wife and I love to model Rail road it's the Best thing we've done and will never stop doing it's the best theapy we will never stop doin.

Splendid layout Robert.
You are correct, a layout is never finished.
That's why I prefer UniTrack, it's like EZ track except good quality. I use the world as my layout, all over the floor, house, yard.
@@KandiKlover I use Kato Unitrack too, it's great to make temporary layouts, especially for testing purposes.
