Ajahn you have brought me back to life. I have always been practicing some of your teachings long before I got to know of you. I also tell people I don’t want gifts. I am making time to get rid of all the things I don’t use. I want simplicity in my life.
The first video I saw was 4 ways to let go and I believe that I needed that particular teaching first. Since then I have been absorbing nothing but positive energy from watching video after video because I cannot get enough 😌🙏🏼. Thank you Ajahn for saving my life and for bringing me back to the path of seeking enlightenment

Ajahn, this is just what I needed to hear. I love this story. So very meaningful. In these days of wars and distrust, why we bow makes so much sense. One way to spread the aspects of virtue, peace and kindfulness. Great reminder. Sadhu. Sadhu. Sadhu. 🙏🙏🙏

Is it ok if we ask a monastic or nun how to pray or say a prayer when we bow to Buddha ???
My intuition has been altered by possible damage to my brain. I have to be very careful when I just use intuition. It is no longer reliable. I am not disagreeing with Ajahn
