These videos are very good .. but the bad thing is that you do not show where to buy the lures that you have used in the video .. it would be good for one.

Doesn’t really tell you how to target them, just a plug for Shimano gear.
I'm getting a bit pissed at the razor gang cutting off my expensive lures. Have found a flexible coated wire trace which would be ok but is 200lb so will affect action. Anyone have a similar problem and found a solution or product? Where can I procure it? Cheers.

I have to say, fish finders/sonars are great but then to add a line counter to the equation while watching your gear go down. Are we not then just better of going to the supermarket for a fish? Where is the hunt, where is the skill, kind of looks like taking some fat cashed up dude out for a guarantee fish?
I hunt for kingies on my baitcaster in salt water with bugger all drag 7kg, 30lbs max line strength, on my selected lure of the day, reading the water, the birds, fishing the depths. Sorry I reckon thats more hunting and satisfying than the gimmicks.

Okey guys the snapper where on hard the other day, soon as you hit the bottom your on! Using pink flasher rigs with pre frozen kahawai as bait. Put a pink Shimano Lucanis on, slow retrieving, not a single snap, gave after 5mins and when back to the basic rig and got some great fish....Matt says one think and shimano sells a million dollars worth of product eh.
A flasher rig and a lucanus are completely different concept, You said you were using peices of kahawai, I dont think a pink lucanus will imatate that very well. Every good fisherman knows that different days equal different techniques that will work.
I have out fished bait many times slow jigging, soft baiting and microjigging. Because you lack skill at a certain aspect of fishing does not mean it doesnt work
