For those who can’t afford the full price: I get my Levi jeans from Winners, Marshall’s (TJX) for less than 25 Canadian Dollars (my mom gets hers for 10 bucks sometimes). And yes they sell super nice popular styles. If you still want to shop in store some malls accept spc cards (student cards) that give you an extra 10% off even on sale items.
I need to start buying quality clothes too.

You check out outlet malls! You can find many designer shops selling clothes for more 50% off! Levi’s jeans in an outlet cost around $30
definitely look into consignment, poshmark, thredup, the real real, etc. also my personal favorite is to go thrifting in upscale areas. sometimes department stores will donate their unsold inventory to thrift shops at set times so check regularly at the chain thift shops
kohls sometimes has levis, thats where i get my shorts and they arent as expensive as going straight to levis store
Look on ebay!!! I get so many great deals on great quality pieces on there

Yes, the fit of denim can change depending on how it is manipulated/dyed. I love Levis but it's hard to find a style that fits if you are shapely.

Levi's is my favourite denim brand. However, they are not true the size. I need to try them before, even if I have them in the same model.
They’re really not. I was a 27 in the wedgie fit and was a 31 in the rib cage. I have no idea why. They’re all made differently.
Yess, I've recently started investing in more quality pieces, and this video couldn't have come at a more perfect time! (Plus, we're very similar size-wise so I know these items will work well for me too).

I'm thinking of hitting 'order' on the Ribcage in the light wash you got, and I think you're around a similar size to me so this is really helpful. Have you tried the 501 cropped by any chance? the 23s are perfect for me in those, but the wedgies and others I typically buy a 24... I'm trying to decide what size I should get for the ribcage given it's not too stretchy at 99% cotton

Hi I wanted to ask because I really want to buy their ribcage jeans (I’m from Europe so it’s harder to get them here) but I have kinda curvy body shape. My measurements are: 25’5 inches (65 cm) waist, 39’3 inches (100 cm) hips, around 22 inches (56 cm) thighs so idk what size shall I choose. I don’t want them to be super thigh in my thighs and butt.Can anyone pls help me?

Girl same I’m 5’2 and those rib cage jeans go way up! But that’s ok because they make my legs look miles long. I do peg them at the bottom though because they look like wide leg jeans on me

I wear this size too. I’m 5’1 and 95 lbs. I tried the rib cage but they’re uncomfortable. I’m going to try the wedgie. I wear the 720s and the Mile high Levi’s

I just purchased Levi Jean shorts. And I find that the jeans shorts I bought which are the 501 high rise , I had to go a size up because the denim was heavier and less stretchy. And then I have the Levi jeans that are the 724 high rise, and they are a size down. And I have the super skinny and they are the same size as my Jean shorts. So like, idk what size I am at Levi’s.

AE has good quality jeans, those are my go to. Most of my Levi’s have worn out and they always make my butt look flat. i love how the curvy AE demin fit. You just have to size down. Im normally a size 6 or 8 but in the curvy I wear a 4. You should give em a try.
Levi’s also makes my butt look very flat idk why. AE has very good jeans too I have a pair

I just bought the ribcage because of all the hype...omg they made my body look horrible😭 they squeezed in my hips making me look squared and it had a huge waist gap... very tight on my hips and superrrr wide on my waist🥴🥴🥴 and I bought 2 pairs... certain they were gonna look great 😭😭😭
501s are the best staple jeans & denim shorts money can buy.
Love this! I usually go between a 23 and 24 in Levi. Do you normally wear a 00 in other brands? I feel like we have similar body types and I'm thinking of trying the 501 in a 23.
I have a 24in waist, 34in hips. Usually a 23/24 but mostly a 23 and the 501 in a 23 are too big on me. The waist fits well enough , kind of like the size 24 waist size fits on me but in the legs and hips area they are baggy. It depends on the wash but for the most part all the 501's I've tried on don't seem to work if you want it to look like it does on the model and even on most people. I am very petite but the other styles work for me just fine so not sure. Hope this helps!
@@Ana34132 thank you! Those are my measurements as well 😔 I usually have trouble with the waist gapping, and the shorts only fitting my thighs and butt. I kinda have a bigger bottom, and the disproportion makes shopping difficult. I would guess the 501 size 23 might be an issue too then 😔
@@aubreyhibbard9650 well I have more a board like athletic build in the hip area so if you do have a booty or can fill in the jeans well the 23 501 original crop might work for you, the waist fits well enough but I don't have the thighs to fill it in. If you have a nearby levis store I'd just go try them on, they might just work!

I swear, Levi’s jeans are the BEST JEANS EVER, of all times. The quality is EVERYTHING. And tvintage jeans Levi’s or jackets are absolutely perfection. I’ve already got that white shorts, they fit amazing. And blue vintage Levi’s shorts. I’m obsessed 😍😍😍😍 great video

I believe the different washes of the same Levi's style can fit differently (like the two Ribcage ones you selected) because the fabrics vary. I think your lighter wash is 79% Cotton, 21% Tencel but the darker is 99% Cotton, 1% Elastane so it makes sense that this one feels more fitted on you (cotton gives it that structure). This is something I pay close attention to when shopping for "forever" clothes because the higher the cotton content, the more likely it is to last!

Straight legs are flattering to every figure type.
I recommend trying Monki or Weekday. They have great prices and their jeans are made of organic cotton. They cost half of the price of most Levi's. Weekday is more expensive than Monki though.

I also have both of the ribcage jeans you have in tango light and Georgie. I had the same fit as you where the dark wash jeans are tighter on me than the light wash. I'd probably recommend people to size up in the dark wash

Why can't I seem to be able to find Levis without the stretch? I have a real hard time keeping weight on, due to an autoimmune disease, so when I do buy a pair with stretch, they're humongous on me in about 2-3 hours. I'm old school and still like a straight leg Levi with no stretch! Please help!!!
