This report is so fake. 1. Sri Lanka went to Japan and India for port(Canada initiated the project) leasing, however they both rejected. Then Sri Lanka went to China. 2. Pls respect the fact that Indonesia High Speed Railway (the 1st one in ASEM) is the legit successful project and transferred some technology to them. 3. Malasia yeah China did face difficulties in realestate. 4. IMF and World Bank are the organisations to impose debt trap in developing countries, as they seek for short term profits and high interests, while China is the opposite
