Mr. Carson you are a true inspiration for me. Born and raised in Miami, Florida from Cuban parents and still residing here owning my own house. I am always on a journey and mission on improving and trying to stay optimistic about everything. I love the way your brain works despite your trauma and accident. You speak so articulately, your memory is outstanding, the information you deliver is incredible. I watch mostly all of your podcasts for years now, just finished the podcast you did with Shawn Ryan. When you shed a tear about describing how Jesus Christ returning is inside of everyone of us, even my 8 year old son stopped playing Roblox and stared at my computer screen. He asked "Dad why is he crying?" I said because he is crying happy tears with a powerful message of believing in yourself to be the best you can be! Today is my birthday I just turned 40, I just want to sincerely Thank you for uplifting myself and others.
He really is a person you want to know I agree I love his emotional attachment to the subjects he speaks on an he translates it perfectly to me. I hope he's happy I knows he's been through a lot of sadness
My vision board really helps me combat negativity. I have one in my bedroom and in my den. I even put little positive notes in my refrigerator, and it really helps me. Thank you for all you do!. 💯✌️👽

FR I'm really thinking about how a knife as a tool can also be used for harm. The Dr. literally said he has phenomenal brain function in the previous episode/part.
I wish we could do tests on ourselves subconsciously/intuitively and understand them consciously. Fix biological problems ourselves, cause that makes more sense why look outwardly. Something is messed up in our DNA.

I can listen to you for hours Dr Amen. I’ve been experiencing chronic dizziness, with anxiety and constant fear for almost a year. Every Test done already, everything normal. What would be the best supplement for dizziness Dr? Took your quiz but I still don’t know what to take! Thank you! 🤗🌻

@@GinaR21212 Junk food has never been something that I have gravitated towards. Glad that worked for you.
I went through a phase where i was feeling dizziness .linked to anxiety which is tied to shallow breathing. I began concsious breath work. Long deep breaths (plenty of meditations out there for that) and it relieved it within 3 months. Also try muscle testing and you will find the supplement that your body may require. You are your own doctor :). just ideas for you. Wishing you the best on your journey and know this is temporary

Here is ok again yet we start to take some l-tyrosine 1300 mg for balance with melatonin 1.5 mg morning or noon and 1.5 at 6-7pm. Numbers matter, yes :) I would like to check some. More strength and clarity are needed but I have some idea where to go back for listening :)

I would recommend reading The power of Now by eckart tolle if you hadn’t already. Don’t give up - believe in yourself no matter what! You are going through it now, but it cannot last forever so keep going you got this ❤
