@Samer Nabeel...Thank you for the kind words! We try here in Ohio 🤗 We are actually S.West of Pike County... We're in Greene! Unbelievable and completely senseless!!!
@@ginabrown4463 Hey fellow Ohioan!! I’m up here in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio (north of Akron) & this crime shocked & sickened me. The thing that gets me the most was when they said they killed Hannah May while she was nursing her newborn then positioned her body so the baby could continue to nurse on her dead mother. It doesn’t get more cold blooded than that.
Although all humans are of course different in many many ways, we can at least try to empathize with those family members and kin, as typical human beings. So because they do not show the audience the pictures being displayed, and we only hear sterile technical descriptions, those human beings' reactions to what they are seeing is the only insight the audience has to imagine or judge the impact of those scenes to a typical human, much less humans who knew those people. Since this channel or the court will not show those photos, it is really all those camera folks can do to convey the impact of those photos on a typical human being or family member/acquaintance.
@@dlparcell9053 No, that's a regular vest that he's wearing 😂 Pretty sure the shock thing you're talking about is actually a belt that they wear under their clothes.
They need to show this evidence….throw out “caution disturbing contents, proceed with caution” this is unbelievable can’t see nothing….if their showing it in the courtroom for the gallery they need to show it on here….geez
Think about it from the families point of view.. They probably don't want those pictures published. How would you like to be scrolling through the internet and bam! There's a bloody, gruesome photo of your butchered loved one and it's not just one site, it's five million sites that are circulating it. It's not hard to listen to the description of the gore and imagine what it looks like. I mean they're describing the actual DNA evidence, along with a play by play of what they're seeing, imo there's no need to show the nasty scene to the public.
If it were my Dad,Mum,brother, sister etc etc I wouldn’t want their death scene pics plastered all over the internet. They’re dead bloody, gory corpses Angie, do you really need to see them to picture the scene in your head from the descriptions of the witnesses!
can anyone tell me if the court is ACTUALLY open to the public? not the courthouse, the courtroom. I live close enough to attend & am exasperated with the censorship on "Ohio's biggest murder trial"
By law they must be. Sometimes seating is limited in big trials-have they shown the gallery? You would be able to judge how crowded it is and get a place in line early if need be.
The problem is the witnesses are protected by privacy rights. They are not in custody or have committed a crime. So the judge can give them the right to not be recorded to protect them. Especially since the town is so small. They could end up being harassed or tampered with.
Its so important for me in South Africa to see the evidence presentation. The public in the courtroom are permitted to do so, therefore what is different to publicising it us who cannot attend at court in Ohio USA?
@@photovi understand what you’re saying but why can we hear the evidence or if we lived close simply sit in the court & see it but not see it on screen? This trial’s live too so people are hearing everything across the world!
@Gail Cullinan it’s strange isn’t it, this trial is also broadcast live for whole duration of trial with chat happening too. One big problem watching the live is witnesses are able to opt out of audio & visual recording even law enforcement. This has already happened with several witnesses, couple member’s of the victims & police enforcement already opted out. But anyone in court could hear them plus for example the last witness there’s no reason why I couldn’t send the details to anyone in the world, that doesn’t make sense to me. Doesn’t seem sensible either have closed court, not televised etc or all data should be published,
Can't save you if you are blitz attacked like they were. Most were asleep or in bed. The ones up were shot through their door so no chance of anyone defending themselves. A gun can only save you if you see the danger coming.
At -1:45:12 George Wagner starts to write when the state lawyer mentions bullets projected on porch but it seems they were never recorded. I wonder if Wagner will use unknown bullet marks as a potentially different gun used and not identified in this case for the killings in the Rodder home. Making it easy to say will other bullet wholes were not looked into and throw this part out. Man it looks like George is hoping for a drop of “error” to safe himself and his families face.
I was waiting for someone to rudely point that out. And everyone is wondering why the witnesses are all opting out of being on video or audio. Surely you have something more important to comment about when 8 people were murdered 😒
This is the worst trial I've watched. We can't see most of what they're showing. We can't see or hear a large part of the testimony. This part of the testimony we can hear but can't see much of the evidence is so boring I might have to shoot myself. I can't watch this for four crime scenes. I can't believe I'm going to quit watching this. It could have been so interesting.
@@amandalk100 ok, thanks. So three different guns. Billy, Jake and George. Unless Jake went in armed with 2. Wow! Riveting. And one escaped casing that I’ve heard of so far.

I agree I want to see EVERYTHING
The lines from yard to door helps imagine where Billy parked his car.
Is there anywhere on the internet where you can see the evidence?
I doubt it.
Once the case is complete the attorneys can make a motion to either keep the evidence sealed or unseal them so they are available to the public.

How many bullet casings were recovered from all scenes and how many types of guns? Was it 2 guns? And only 1 bullet casing recovered?
