Lady Pam Yates is absolutely one of the best vinwiki story tellers! Ed please keep these stories coming from our favorites
Lady Pam, you and your husband are National Treasures to the Automotive World. ❤
Seeing a notification for another story by you is the best. Grab a blanket and a cup of coffee and a chair, go sit in my garage and prepare to be regailed with history from a Grandmother-class source.
Pure class. 💯👏😄
What a great story teller! I love it when Pam Yates is in the chair.
Brock was a legend...and one of the best writers and commentators on racing and cars. I wish I could have gotten down to have a pint in his bar in Wyoming NY
Yes a Pam story.
Pam: “I have no screen lines because of Roger Moore”
This is a hilarious twist that I never would have known, thanks!
We love you lady Pam , thank you for your stories they won't make another you and Brock, I'm teaching my three year old about the cannonball every chance I get.
Pam and Christopher are my favorite VINwiki story tellers.
Agreed!
The Yates are automotive royalty. Pure legend!
When Lady Pam tells a story...... You sit your ass down and listen. awsome like always
Thank you for creating a platform to give Mrs. Yates the opportunity to tell us a fantastic oral history of herself and Mr. Yates. Some of the best content on UA-cam.
Burt had his own drug problems at that time. She's a winner by far with her tails of yesteryear.
Ed....we need to have Lady Pam do as many stories as she likes. Doesn't matter the subject...she's so awesome at telling the story, the way it IS/WAS not the way everyone thinks it is/was. Love starting the day with wicked laughs!!! Funny thing is....I enjoyed reading Brock's stuff at Car and Driver from 1986 until 2006...and I had NO idea that he had this awesome woman with him. He never talked about her in his columns. Maybe he was just doing the thing I'd do, and keep her all to myself if I had the chance....so cool she's doing these video stories now!!
*If y'all like this video, y'all absolutely MUST see the definitive **_Cannonball Run documentary_** that can be found here on UA-cam.*
It's REALLY worth watching. Ed Bolian has many great segments in it. : ) Pam Yates is also great in it. She is so skilled at detailing her unique and historical tale of how her husband, Brock Yates, founded the original Cannonball Run.
*Anyway, another great video, VINWIKI! Thanks Ed!*
I remember reading Brock's editorials in Car and Driver and him mentioning Pam, it's nice to finally put a face and voice with the name.
Lady Pamela has earned the right to speak without bleeps!
It’s so awesome and interesting to hear this stuff from someone who was not only there but so involved please get more stories from her, it’s gold Ed gold I tell you
More Pam! Her knowledge of this history is pure gold.
Lady Yates? Yesss!
And again Pam is pure gold! I love her stories and these little inside stories how thing went down. Plz come again Pam and tell us more of your stories. We love you!!!
Acting and the actual person are very different. That is something most of the pubic fails to understand or simply accept.
Very Beautiful and Awesome Lady. Love to hear her tell her stories of the past.
The fact that Roger Moore did dirty limericks is just gold
Roger Moore, love it
if I don't see TwinStickGarage in the comments I'm gonna be upset XD
The way Pam described Burt Reynolds is pretty exactly how he portrays a slight parody of himself in _The Last Movie Star._ It's a good, but sort of sad, movie and one of Burt's final performances.
I think in his later years he may have found some peace again, or at least I hope he did.
Smoke and the bandit and cannonball run are some of my absolute favorite movies
Thank you Pam, I love your story telling, thank you!
Love love love Lady Pam! Todd the retired trucker.
Sad way to have to live a life for Burt …
Also Burt had to turn down the 007 Role as he had committed to S+B 1. Something I think he resented because it would have defined his imagine of him in a Tux and fancy cars for his entire career.
Also Burt turned it down for the reason that 007 is a British character and he taught he wouldn’t do good at it since he was American.
The best way to get the real stories from a man is from the woman who was along side him though it.
Far greater to have wonderful, personal memories with a film legend like Roger Moore than a few random lines in a Hollywood B movie. My highest regards, Lady Pamela.
Quality conversation with Pam.
All the dirt dished up clean❗
Cheers 🇨🇦
Absolutely love these insights into two of my favorite legends, Brock and Burt! I feel both Roger and Burt regarding matters of being in public depending on my mood, but don't we all? Lady Pam Yates is a treasure and great story teller, always look forward to seeing her on here.
Good morning everyone have a good day
Gonna be a sad sad day when this absolutely beautiful woman leaves this planet.
Way to go Ed getting Mrs Yates! Hopefully there’s a few more coming
I just love the idea of off-camera Roger Moore as a salacious menace to other cast members' composure.
Podcast?
Good morning Ed!!! 🙂
I am sorry Sam Hard but i love me some Lady Yates stories a lil more than yours mate
Long Live the Queen
Lady pam and Christopher are my favorite guests. Always great stories
Is the sound not working for anyone else?
Damn Rodger Moore :D
Ed, thank-you so much for getting Pamela Yates onto VinWiki. She's an amazing lady, and a great storyteller.
I just love her.

Car guys and the car gals who love and know them. Thanks Pam. Well presented,
I love this lady!

Smokey and the Bandit 2 may be the worst sequel ever made
Part 3 tops it in unfortunate.
Guess you never seen part 3?
