All I can say is.....John is gold. "This can be red" makes me smile every time that I think of it. I've used it as kind of a meme response for when I'm not happy with something. And.......why the hell do we get regurgitated superhero movies month after month when the Whittington Racing story is out there? C'mon John, pitch it!
What?? He is basic and appeals to the average shlep yes but - 1st Story: she’s very intelligent and is an expert in film right? She’s not autistic or rain man so she does know the car brand and how paint works, it’s a tactic to make sure you DO NOT make her life difficult, it’s a maneuver, a tool of mental manipulation and she won. YOU LOST. She beat you. You did not have the patience and BALLS to confront her even politely and say ‘excuse me but our business doesn’t have multiple colors of the same car in stock, a red one would have to take X amount of time to find another, are you okay with that time frame to get another car in red? ‘. You failed the test. You didn’t navigate the social exercise fairly and diplomatically, now should you? That’s your biz to decide, do you want the client? Buttttt that’s the reality, she tested you on her parameters and you failed, she won the verbal spar. You didn’t confront and challenge. It’s a tool her type uses to make your type cave and fold you did apparently very quickly. My sister is high level theatre and professor of dance and director and I know allllllll about it! Period plain and simple !!

Be sure to visit our store for a spring clearance on many of our t-shirt designs. Just $10 each for remaining stock.
Cool! Thanks!
I was literally just binge watching John’s stories lmao, Ed must be watching
Can there be a video on the RPM ACT please

Integrity.
You can’t buy that.
My favorite car guy on UA-cam because of this. Period. 👍💪👊
Yup! And as he said a clean one is hard to find. Take care of and love ever car you use, or do use it.

John is the best VINwiki story teller to me and has the best stories. He's a legit car guy.
John's telling of the amazing 1965 24hr of Le Mans story is hands down the best on this channel. Brilliant.
ed's transition into the sponsor is always done really well, i can never be mad at it.
I love my "This can be red" shirt. Thanks Ed and John.
I have watched the “This can be red” story 4 times and I always gleen something new out of it
Make a black lipstick and call it "This Can Be Red"😂🤣 Probably sell millions.

Awesome I just listened to Travis's stories last week. John is a great storyteller. We need a John Ficarra part 2.
Jon is the best story teller, we need more classic racing stories!
I love John's sense of humor.
When is Off the Record going to be in Marion County OR?
You need to leave Marion county. In fact, I recommend 101 over i5. Longer, and saner...
You still live in Oregon after 2020? Oof.
2 hours of John Ficarra? What have we done to deserve such a blessing?
i never tire of john's racing history stories!! nice hour i may have to repeat! POLL: who would you cast in a Whittington bros. movie?
First story made me hurt. Only for the fact that there are powerful rich people that are just so disconnected from the world.
He’s my favorite story teller please start a podcast John I need that in my life
So awesome to hear another Mark Donohue fan. My favorite racing drive of all time.
My favorite storyteller
thanks for this sequence
John is hands down the best storyteller guest on vinwiki
I don't even drive. But I must say I really enjoy your channel , Great Stories. Thank you all. Kind regards.

That first story gets me every time. “THIS CAN BE RED”
My #1 Favorite person. THANK YOU JOHN!!
I think ive watched this probably 5 or 6 times. His stories are so good
John, it has been a real honor to listen to some of your stories. Be happy, be safe
🤣🤣 "Fly casual." Great frickin line right there, right on par with a fellow Car Craft Anti-Tour offender, "We were flyin low on I-10."
these videos are brilliant. I am absolutely addicted to hearing these stories be told. So interesting.
I don't know who's stories I enjoy more, John's or Ron's. Love these!!

John: I used to own a film car company
Me: Awwww here we go again x-D
I met John a few times through work, he always seemed like a nice guy and he gave me and my Family a tour of Canepa once. Very cool

Yup, and it’s a later 80’s, not the early 80’s style like he mentioned
John is the hidden gem of VINwiki.
Great stories and great story telling!
Now I know where mr. Ficarra gets his appreciation for 6 wheeled Range Rovers....
i have a hot wheels version of the 6 wheel car. it was one of my favorites. 6 WHEELS!
John, if you have a channel please post it. Your stories are legendary
Look up Ficarra Classic
