Chloe Drewett I had blue ones my senior year and yeah they are more noticeable while wet but after I think they stain a little less than the white ones, do you agree?
I love how everyone in the comments goes to a private school, while I go to a public school in California when there’s fights everyday and stuff like that😂
florbela jones yeah that is small. i attend a public school and we have about 500-1000 students for each grade level but our school campus is huge anyway.
At my school we have like 30 highschool people, we only have one ninth grader and rn no seniors, next year we will have seniors, but for tenth grade we won’t have anyone….. TvT
i live in the uk, and most public schools all have a uniform. but i go to a catholic school and all the rules you have in a us private shool are required for a public catholic school. haha
my friend who lives in my grandparents town which has about 300 people in the whole town an hour away from where I live and he has about 40 kids in his class, and 3 in his senior class including him. Since the school is so small its run basically like a private school despite being public, they have home cooked meals every day, one on one teaching. One year my mom (who went to the school) did the graduation speech for one person.
I can’t answer for her, but I go to a very similar school and the way it works for us is we have an online store and there are a couple different colors and designs of the uniform items, for example. Our school colors are navy, light blue, and gold. We can wear polo shirts from the store (they have the logo on them) and we can choose between a light blue one, a navy one, or a white one. Same with sweaters, same with skirts, all that. This way makes it possible to make semi-unique uniform outfits (within the dress/uniform code ofc)
My school is catholic and it is so strict. We cannot wear jewelry, use make-up. We must use black or blue hair ties, we must wear plain white shoes. We must not use our phones till we leave school. We must wear uniforms with a white collared shirt, pinafore, jacket, ties, and badges. We must reach school at 7.30 am in the morning and I am so tired. We have like 16 subjects to take. It is like a girls-only school. We get like 2 essays every day. Lunch breaks are only 30 minutes. Our teachers do a spot check on our nails and toe-nails to see if we put a topcoat in them or not every week. We do not get summer break it spring break. School starts in January and ends in November. And if we have fringe we have to cut it above the eyebrows and our hair has to always be tied up. When we leave the school we cannot leave without wearing our pinafores and jackets or else it would be written on a discipline record. We have like 4 exams every year. I'm tired of school. Cannot wait for it to end!
In Panama all students who go to public and private schools wear uniforms. They didn't use cell phones, couldn't wear make up, couldn't paint their nails nor do fancy hairstyles and couldn't use their cars. Still many did their own things outside their high school campus anyway.
mine is a bit more laid back. we are allowed to wear any collared shirt, besides hawaiian shirts, we can wear skirts or jeans, as long as the leans aren't tipped or frayed, and as long as the skirts are 4 inches above the knee.
I have 600-800 kids in my school, but as it’s an only girls school it’s split across to sights. In England most schools have uniforms my uniform is a white shirt with a low collar, jumper, blazer and the a weird skirt-kilt thing. Also we have a strict policy on shoes. We don’t have ties although I did in Primary( kindergarten to middle school). Thank you for your time 🙃🙃
I go to a public school and we wear red white and blue uniforms like, pants, shirts, skirts and shorts. We also do free dress Friday. Its when we could wear what ever we want but still have to follow the dress code
what your school is about should be what every school is about. It’s unfortunate how nowadays the school judge students by standardised tests and basic academics.
I go to a private college prep school (cough cough Iolani School in Hawaii) and it’s both nice and absolute hell. As a new boarder in a new boarding program, it’s nearly impossible to leave campus easily. There’s around 2400 students in the whole k-12 and about 900 in the upper school 8-12. We have no uniforms but we have a business casual dress code and guys have to wear a collared shirt. No dying your hair unnatural colors either 😩 I recommend coming here if you can handle unending work and being around a load of geniuses
I also go to a private school and have my whole school career (?). My experience is pretty similar, almost identical to yours! The first school I went to was from 1st to half of the 8th grade and it was a very small school in the country! We wore uniforms and it was not my favorite, but we also didn't think about what we would wear so that was convenient. Then I moved to a college prep private school and it is a middle/high school so there's a lot of kids! My graduating class is 30 kids but we all come from smaller private schools. The education is great and I agree with the "innocence" even though there are things that you are (sometimes) naturally exposed to growing up
i went to a public charter school for middle and high school that focused on the classics and there seems to be a lot of similarities between our schools! we had to wear khakis and polos/button ups and we learned latin, greek, philosophy, and of course the liberal arts! :)
i go to a public british high school, i have a strict uniform, no makeup, no unique hairstyles/colours, no phones, sports regime. We have really strict grading standards BUT, they have only expelled 1 person, because he bought a knife to school. We're also quite a small school with less than 500 people. all of this said, i go to a public school.
Geez nothing like my private school. I’m from England. My school is hundreds of years old and is an all girls school. It is considered small but not as small as that. Our uniform is super strict. We all wear the exact same outfit bought from the school (like not just any white shirt etc)

Our Deputy Principal Will give you detention if you do any of these things more than twice. Also our phones have to be locked inside our lockers for the whole day unless a teachers has said that you need it for classes like Media and TV, ect. BTW: My school is a Catholic Private High School in Australia.
I have been to private school my whole life except for 5th grade I got to go to public…and that was the only year that I actually enjoyed school, people private school sucks
I feel that smaller private schools offer a great education and there are more family values. Thanks for sharing! It sounds like you were blessed to go to this school :) As far as uniforms are concerned, it's not wise for children to be in uniforms that cause them discomfort or restrict them just so they can look traditional. Dress codes or a more casual uniform is fine in my opinion but I have a lot of sensory issues. There's no way that I could wear a shirt like that or a tie. There should always be the option for girls to wear pants and for all children to be in material that is comfortable so that they can express themselves while they learn and play.
In Thailand, private schools don't have very big differences compare to public school(in my opinion) I studied in private schools since kindergarten and we don't have very fancy lives like ppl in the US or other countries
In India until college we wear uniform for the whole school days. and before going to college i went to private school and there are 1000 of students there.
As someone who also goes to a uniform school, I also don't really mind it just because it's so easy and pretty comfortable. I'm just sad cause I never get to wear my own clothes 😭
I went uniform by choice till I graduated from high school. One of the reasons I decided in 4th grade to wear uniform is because of the very strict dress code and I was jealous of the kids that had a real uniform ( private school students ) . I enjoyed it because it was easy and I didn’t have to stress about what to wear everyday . Plus the brand I chose ( Izod and Arizona ) was comfortable
In our country, We start our classes at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 11:30 which means our lunch break. At 1:00 p.m. we will start classes and ends at 4:30 p.m. Anddd 8-9 subjects everyday 🤐 8 hours of classes, and sometimes our lesson will be kinda long so maybe 10 hours sometimes. But since Corona came, we switched to online classes. IT WAS A GAME CHANGER. 2 subjects a day, 4 hours of classes and 2 hours for answering quizzes.
I live in Armenia and i go to the biggest private school (its called ayb ) and its like really chill and we can wear uniforms (its just a polo shirt with its label) or random clothes like what we want.
i have been at 2 different private schools since i was about 2 and i am about to go to a new private school the school i was at the longest is ECCS and every single one including the new one is christain
My private catholic school is so chill. We can wear whatever jewelry we want to, we can do our nails however we want, and they don’t care about our phones. Some kids are sitting on their phones during class or have them on their desks and no one cares
I live in the uk and have been in a catholic school from the age of 4 years old and we had to wear a uniform. In primary school from 4 until 11 we had to wear a white blouse either trousers or a skirt to our knee black shoes and tie. In secondary school from 11 until 16 we had to wear a blazer shirt tie and skirt to our knee if it was above we would be punished with black shoes no trainers was ever allowed now in sixth form we had a business wear dress code. So waiting until 13 to have to wear a tie makes you super lucky
i did not know she lived in ohio. I do too. But my private school has more options that the public school i was supposed to go to. plus i go to church evry sunday at the school im attending.
I go to a private school in rural Australia in QLD. I am in 9th Grade, and the school is religious but not a specific religion. My school in total has 215 students, and it goes from kindergarten to senior year. I have lived in that town all my life (21599 population) and love the sense of community. Our schools are very similar, everyone knows everyone, and everyone is welcome. In my grade there is 12 people (7 boys, 5 girls) and it gets wild, our classes often have 3 to 10 people in it from different grades and at lunch we all play hand ball or soccer on the ovals with the elementary and older students. It’s very tight knit, and the teachers have all taught in top australian universities or have done humanitarian aide in education. I would never trade my school for anything.
My private high school is strict so we have a uniform that we cut wear any jackets but the school ones we are only allowed to wear black shoes you CANT wear the gym clothes unless you have gym no makeup nor jewelry only one piercing allowed you can't dye your hair just natural hair color even if you are sick or if it's raining or anything you are not allowed to skip or like be absent we have only one break it's just 30 minutes and there is certain classes you are allowed to get out for bathroom or water it's a living hell :)
im from indonesia, public and private school wears uniforms , and the private that im in is learning with ipads. so no books and we use cards for eat , classroom , etc
At mine we can’t wear any jewelry have colored hair have patterned clothes have any clothes with logos and you can only wear green black and khaki. Its a bit different from what im used to ive gone to public school for 9 years😭
I’ve been in private school my whole life… well I did homeschool for three years…was not fun so now I’m going into middle school at my old private school I used to go to!
I first began attending private schools at age 13... Throughout the 3 1/2 years I've attended one called Linden Center, there could've been some improvements and changes. Bringing a sack lunch, the vans, which could've read "Linden Center", a bigger P.E. sports court (basketball, football, a track field) like in those high schools..My behavior was terrible...I was kicked out of one, my mom and I went to see about another...I went to another called Brentwood NPS in Inglewood, CA. That closed. I miss those teachers, and staff, Jennifer, Lawanda, Rodney, Pablo, D'wayne, Desiree, Michelle, Jeanette, Tony, the principal, Kim, Steve, Martin, Kevin, Hector, Gwen, all those that come and gone.
I'm from the UK and pretty much every school has uni, we have mufti days which are when we're allowed to wear our own clothes , most schools in my area, for the uni girls have to wear kilts AND OMFG if kilts were a person I'd happily push it off a cliff, when your late for your bus. you. Got . To . Run. No question about it AND YOUR KILT PARTS LIKE THE DAM RED SEA.
I go to a public school and I have been going to a public school my whole life and I didn’t realize how different those types of schools are. Their are some bad things about my school like you can literally go into my highs school’s bathroom and see people smoking a juul. Their are also good things like you don’t have to wear a uniform and you can express who you are as a person by what you wear.
I go to a private school in here are my rules!- (Makeup allowed but natural) (Theres a cheerleading team and after school things like art) (Allowed to walk to classes alone) (Yes uniformmmmm) (No crocs until high school idk why this one was made) (You can bring lunch or buy lunch) (No cussing obviously in private) (Bible on mondays) (No un natural hair colors) (Aloud to wear any jacket) Sorry if it was long theirs more but i’ll just share that
I totally get you. I hated school uniforms, still hate it haha. Especially when you sweat in the white shirts or like when you spill food and get food stains on it and its sooooo annoyinggg
My uniform are way better I go to a trade school for high school student in 11 and 12 grade and I wear boot cut jeans, riding boots, and a grey top but uniform is different for everyone. Your uniform is what your would wear out in the job thing that goes along with of skill your going their for
for my school the uniform is Red shirt for elementary for middle school its white and blue and then beige and some blue pants the schools im Florida have things like that-
Thank you so so much for this video! I am starting high school at a small private christian school that has like 5-15 people in each class. I went to a public school from preschool-2 was home schooled from 3-6 went to a classical school from 6-7 and I'm going to go to a private school for high-school.🤯 I know it's actually crazy.😂 But I'm excited to go to a new school..but also SUPER nervous .
@@unknown9261 I'd say that private schools aren't that different then public schools unless they are a Christian school. The only thing will probably be stricter dress coad and more rules. Overall I liked last year but due to my class only having 8 people in it we would be stuck with each other alllll day. So in that sense I couldn't really choose my friends... it's kinda like you hey what you get. My teachers were so amazing though. If you have any more questions let me know!😊
The Catholic school I go to is not that strict. I even sometimes wear chains in school, especially Fridays, in Fridays its so chill. I also like how guarded we are with those security and gates stuff so theres no chance of school shooting. We also have school Masses or long rosary sometimes, it makes the subjects and classes shorter plus theres lunch and recess 😂
In the uk every school wears ties but my school is one (could be the only one) of the schools that wear polo tops which is so much better and we dont wear blazers and you can take your jumper/cardigan of in the summer which is good because you don't sweat. I love our school uniform tho cause its so comfy and like when your in year 11 you can wear a black polo top with white strips and any jumper you want and we have no chavs which is a massive pro!
My private school has baseball softball bBall volleyball soccer football das all and we have a humungas church baptist church and we have alot of other stuff
my private school: one version of uniform (white shirt, navy skirt must be long enough, below ur knees), friggin stict, no jewelry, no makeup, no nail polish even the clear ones, no long nails (must not be over your fingertips), no sport, our lessons are so hard (like year 9 but ur learning the lessons in year 10 or 11), hair must be tied in a pony tail (no half up and down), no jackets, no phone, shoes must only be black OR white (no black AND white shoes)
In Australia these rules would apply for a public school. I went to a catholic all girls school and ours was way more strict then this. We had to have uniform checks as our skirts had to be touching the floor when kneeling, no makeup, hair tied up and no jewellery except a one stud in the earlobe. We also would be detentions and our phones taken if we had our phones out. It got super strict and very annoying so yours sounds like a dream lol
i go to a christian private school and we have 1,500 from elc (kinder) to year 12 and i actually love it there :) i always here stories about public school and it actually shocks me i don’t know what’s it’s like in our parts of the world but in australia public and private school are very diffrent
omg you are like the same as me! I was homeschooled until 7th and am now going to a really small classical private school too! I have like 14 kids in my grade though. but its nice to know I am not the only one who goes to a really small school
what's funny is that my private school is nothing like hers lolol. We actually have a lot of people, we have sports, we don't have uniforms and the list goes on. we're pretty chill
I had no idea how different private school in the U.S. was. At my private school, we have about 5,000 students all up - that’s over 6 campuses across two countries. My campus is the smallest with only about 750 students, but its only been open for three years. Your private school is very different to any school in Australia.
I went to a private school kinder through 8th grade. Back then girls did not wear ties. Then I went back as an instructional assistant to that school, and I was surprised girls now had to wear ties. Deep down inside it seemed like it was more for business, for money for the school, more than anything else.
In my school we wear a white button up shirt, a tie, green jumper, skirt, black tights for girl and grey trousers for boys (I wear black socks and trousers because it’s comfier lmao) and we are meant to wear black shoes but not many people really care (including me I don’t care) and we just wear any shoes, teachers don’t care.
My high school we are aloud to wear makeup and jewelry and what sucks is that we have a realllllly long math class😫 pray for me because next year we have an even longer math class😭😢
I'm Malaysian.I went to private chinese kindergarten and the best thing is we dont need to wear shoes and went to school at 8 am.We need to bring our own food n we can dance, play, the best day is when chinese new year we will having a whole night playing many games n walking with tanglong,i miss the old days 🙁🌸
OMG all of those are so true and we were only 9 students in my class and the 7 grade has only one boy and in total we were 40 students in my school that’s why i left private school and now i am at the school that my mum is the principal
Anyone else gets hailee steinfeld vibes?
Tanieka Haines yesssssssssssssssssss
OMG I was thinking the same.

You’re so right about those white shirts 😂 Then they get stained forever and so gross
Steph Elle I used to have the option of white and blue button ups. The blue ones you could really notice the sweat stains it was so bad
Chloe Drewett I had blue ones my senior year and yeah they are more noticeable while wet but after I think they stain a little less than the white ones, do you agree?
Steph Elle yeah I agree. So basically they are more noticeable but stain less
Steph Elle right
I found ironing them the most hassle ://
My private catholic school feels and sounds like a fricking ZOO! SO MANY PEOPLE!!!
Then leave its not worth your money if there's a ton of kids

and before going to college i went to private school and there are 1000 of students there.
As someone who also goes to a uniform school, I also don't really mind it just because it's so easy and pretty comfortable. I'm just sad cause I never get to wear my own clothes 😭
agreed
there’s def goods and bads ❤️
I went uniform by choice till I graduated from high school. One of the reasons I decided in 4th grade to wear uniform is because of the very strict dress code and I was jealous of the kids that had a real uniform ( private school students ) . I enjoyed it because it was easy and I didn’t have to stress about what to wear everyday . Plus the brand I chose ( Izod and Arizona ) was comfortable
In our country, We start our classes at 7:30 a.m. and ends at 11:30 which means our lunch break. At 1:00 p.m. we will start classes and ends at 4:30 p.m.
Anddd 8-9 subjects everyday 🤐
8 hours of classes, and sometimes our lesson will be kinda long so maybe 10 hours sometimes.
I was planning to go to private school
I live in the uk and have been in a catholic school from the age of 4 years old and we had to wear a uniform. In primary school from 4 until 11 we had to wear a white blouse either trousers or a skirt to our knee black shoes and tie. In secondary school from 11 until 16 we had to wear a blazer shirt tie and skirt to our knee if it was above we would be punished with black shoes no trainers was ever allowed now in sixth form we had a business wear dress code. So waiting until 13 to have to wear a tie makes you super lucky
Im a senior right now at a private Christian school and my graduating class is a class of all 4 girls (same just girls).
My names Riley as well
That’s very different in KSA most of schools have uniforms but the private or international schoolers can wear what they want
Some of the private not all
i did not know she lived in ohio.
My private high school is strict so we have a uniform that we cut wear any jackets but the school ones we are only allowed to wear black shoes you CANT wear the gym clothes unless you have gym no makeup nor jewelry only one piercing allowed you can't dye your hair just natural hair color even if you are sick or if it's raining or anything you are not allowed to skip or like be absent we have only one break it's just 30 minutes and there is certain classes you are allowed to get out for bathroom or water it's a living hell :)
im from indonesia, public and private school wears uniforms , and the private that im in is learning with ipads. so no books and we use cards for eat , classroom , etc
qoq my freshman class has 60 kids and I thought that was small for a privet school
At mine we can’t wear any jewelry have colored hair have patterned clothes have any clothes with logos and you can only wear green black and khaki. Its a bit different from what im used to ive gone to public school for 9 years😭
I’ve been in private school my whole life…
well I did homeschool for three years…was not fun so now I’m going into middle school at my old private school I used to go to!
im in a small town public system and there’s like 1000 people per class like 1000 in ninth grade
I'm from the UK and pretty much every school has uni, we have mufti days which are when we're allowed to wear our own clothes , most schools in my area, for the uni girls have to wear kilts AND OMFG if kilts were a person I'd happily push it off a cliff, when your late for your bus. you. Got . To . Run. No question about it
AND YOUR KILT PARTS LIKE THE DAM RED SEA.
and in my school u get to choose what uniform u wear like polo and skirts and pant and other stuff like that
There’s about 2000 people at my private Catholic school.
I go to a public school and I have been going to a public school my whole life and I didn’t realize how different those types of schools are. Their are some bad things about my school like you can literally go into my highs school’s bathroom and see people smoking a juul. Their are also good things like you don’t have to wear a uniform and you can express who you are as a person by what you wear.
iv never been in a public school before
I go to a private school in here are my rules!-
(Makeup allowed but natural)
(Theres a cheerleading team and after school things like art)
(Allowed to walk to classes alone)
(Yes uniformmmmm)
(No crocs until high school idk why this one was made)
(You can bring lunch or buy lunch)
(No cussing obviously in private)
(Bible on mondays)
(No un natural hair colors)
(Aloud to wear any jacket)
Sorry if it was long theirs more but i’ll just share that
I totally get you.
Your uniform is what your would wear out in the job thing that goes along with of skill your going their for
for my school the uniform is
Red shirt for elementary
for middle school its white and blue
and then beige and some blue pants
the schools im Florida have things like that-
I go to the university of Riogrand and community college and I do alumni band at Eastern high school.
Thank you so so much for this video! I am starting high school at a small private christian school that has like 5-15 people in each class. I went to a public school from preschool-2 was home schooled from 3-6 went to a classical school from 6-7 and I'm going to go to a private school for high-school.🤯 I know it's actually crazy.😂 But I'm excited to go to a new school..but also SUPER nervous .
i’m starting a private high school next time and it’s my first time at private otherwise i’ve always been public do you have any advice?
@gen z
do you know anyone?
FINALLY SOMEONE ACTUALLY NOTICED TT
My private school is opposite yes we do have uniforms but only till 9th grade but if we wear spaghetti straps we have to wear a jacket with it
I love your videos!!🥰
I go to a classical Christian school we have about 430 people but it’s not that bad
My private school has baseball softball bBall volleyball soccer football das all and we have a humungas church baptist church and we have alot of other stuff
In Louisiana every school has a uniform, except for like 3 or 4 but public or private they all have uniforms
my private school: one version of uniform (white shirt, navy skirt must be long enough, below ur knees), friggin stict, no jewelry, no makeup, no nail polish even the clear ones, no long nails (must not be over your fingertips), no sport, our lessons are so hard (like year 9 but ur learning the lessons in year 10 or 11), hair must be tied in a pony tail (no half up and down), no jackets, no phone, shoes must only be black OR white (no black AND white shoes)
Jees 8:25 is early? In uk we get to skl for 8:45 usually then start classes at 9:05
Lucky you. In the Philippines we go to school at 7:00 and classes start at 7:30.
I dont know why I searched a day in anprivate school and also i go to virtual school
for the classes subject i do it differently at my private school
what's funny is that my private school is nothing like hers lolol.
I'm Christian and I'm going to a private middle school in 6 graee
Our uniforms are red navy or white polos (it’s are choice) with blue jeans and whatever shoes.
4:48 my school uniform doesn’t require girls or boys to wear ties, but you can if you want, and I want to so bad 😆 but idk if my parents would approve
OMG all of those are so true and we were only 9 students in my class and the 7 grade has only one boy and in total we were 40 students in my school that’s why i left private school and now i am at the school that my mum is the principal
