ആദരിദ്രന്‍മരിച്ചു. ദൈവദൂതന്‍മാര്‍ അവനെ അബ്രാഹത്തിന്റെ മടിയിലേക്കു സംവഹിച്ചു. ആ ധനികനും മരിച്ച്‌ അടക്കപ്പെട്ടു.

അബ്രാഹം പറഞ്ഞു: മകനേ, നീ ഓര്‍മിക്കുക: നിനക്കു ജീവിതകാലത്ത്‌ എല്ലാ സുഖസൗകര്യങ്ങളും ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു; ലാസറിനോ കഷ്‌ടതകളും. ഇപ്പോള്‍ അവന്‍ ഇവിടെ ആനന്‌ദിക്കുകയും നീ വേദന അനുഭവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

സർ ഞാൻ മരണാനന്തരം(episode 24) എന്ന ക്ലാസ് കണ്ടിരുന്നു. അതിനു ശേഷം എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ സംശയം ആണ് ഇവിടെ പറയുന്നത്... ഒരു പ്രമുഖ ips ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മേലുദ്യോഗസ്ഥരും ചേർന്നു ഒരു മുസ്ലിം ജ്യോതിഷിയുടെ സഹായത്താൽ കൊല ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ഒരാളുടെ ആത്മാവിനെ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി മരിച്ചയാളുടെ മകന്റെ ശരീരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു ആ കുട്ടി ആ മരിച്ചയാളുടെ സ്വരത്തിൽ തന്നെ കൊല ചെയ്തത് ആരെന്ന് പറയുകയും അങ്ങനെ കൊലപാതകിയെ കണ്ടെത്തിയതായും ആ പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ഉറപ്പിച്ച് പറയുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്നത് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ എനിക്കും അതു സത്യമായി തോന്നി. മരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം സ്വർഗത്തിലും യാതന സ്ഥലത്തും കഴിയുന്ന ആത്മാക്കൾക്ക് മനുഷ്യ ശരീരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ കഴിയുമോ? എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കുന്നത്?

മരണശേഷം മനുഷ്യാത്മാവിനു തിരികെ ഒരു മനുഷ്യ ശരീരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല, അവരുടെ ആത്മാക്കൾ ഉയർപ്പുവരെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കസ്റ്റഡിയിൽ ആണ്. ബൈബിൾ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു - ഒരിക്കൽ മരിക്കയും പിന്നെ ന്യായവിധിയും മനുഷ്യർക്കു നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ സാത്താന് ഏതു വേഷത്തിലും രൂപത്തിലും ഭാവത്തിലും വരുവാൻ കഴിയും, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് അവനെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു, അവനെ സ്തുതിച്ചു അവനു മഹത്ത്വം ലഭിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ അവൻ അത് ചെയ്യും. അത്തരം നിറയെ ഭൂതഗ്രസ്തരെ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവും ശിഷ്യന്മാരും മനുഷ്യരിൽ നിന്നും പുറത്താക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പഴയനിയമത്തിൽ ഒരുവെളിച്ചപ്പാടത്തി ഇതുപോലെ ശാമുവേലിന്റെ ആത്മാവിനെ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തുന്നുണ്ട്, അത് ശാമുവേലിന്റെ ആത്മാവല്ല പ്രത്യുത സാത്താന്റെ ആത്മാവ് ശാമുവേലിന്റെ രൂപത്തിൽ വരുന്നതാണ്. ഇതേപോലെ ഒരു സംഗതിയാണ് താങ്കളുടെ അനുഭവത്തിലും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്.
