I've always had the dream of learning piano/keyboard since childhood, mom couldn't afford it. first time i even laid hands on one alone was a couple of years ago im 30yo now, i was just running my fingers through it randomly and i cried for the feeling each key would bring to me, it was so liberating, sounds silly but it truly warmed my heart. I just bought my first keyboard ever a couple of days ago, i came across this cover looking for a good one and... This was so amazing! Shed a tear, your talent it's so inspiring to me. You are blessed.
Same here. My parents couldnt afford a piano or piano lessons, as a child I played the keyboard for 2 years but it was simply not the same... 2 years ago (33 years old) I bought a digital piano and started piano lessons. I can now play some cool pieces (mostly stuff like Ludovico Einaudi). Three days ago my grand piano was delivered and I am sitting next to it right now 🙂 I waited so long to be able to afford my childhood dream by myself and it makes me so happy.
I was exactly the same my friend but I'm now 35 and I still can only play a few pieces but when I play smoothly I bring myself to tears all the family time 😆 I feel you.

This is just amazing. I bought this piano sheet and I've been learning to play this weeks now. I cant read on the go, but I can read section by section. I'm pretty far now. I will learn to play this no matter what. Can't believe how long it must have taken to write this. You are so talented, you are the reason I want to play the piano. Thanks man.

Every time i here this song played well on a piano .. it makes me cry..I guess because it was popular when i still had most of my hearing and the future seemed so bright.. now thanks to a stupid tick bite ive lost most of my hearing and what was the future is now the present.. and its not so bright.
Any tips on how psychologically get over the struggle with playing both hands, is it possible to get it easier or it’s just hundreds of repetitive plays. My brains is just dragging my left hand.
it does get easier with alot of practise. I'd reccomend trying to play the 2 at once rather than trying to learn separate. that way your brain only knows one way to play
The time it takes to learn this is different for every person. I wouldn’t call it difficult, just time consuming. I think this isn’t a song to learn if you have no knowledge about piano. Start with the basics. As you learn, you will notice patterns easier, knowing where each key is, it just helps reading sheet music a lot easier. I can learn songs really quickly (if I’m not busy). And I think that’s because I’m used to piano now. Gradually learn. Start with basics then slowly get more advanced cuz your brain is trained for piano I guess. Like me 3 years ago would not be able to do a song like what I’m doing now.

I’m 37. I can’t play the piano at all, but for some reason I feel I have to start learning. Going to buy one pretty soon. My choice is Yamaha YDP-164
