    There is a problem might be very few noticed, in both diagram you have given different names to same link. For example input link is l2 in 1st diagram and l1 in second.

    Sorry sir, but L1 considered in first diagram refers to fixed link , but in problem diagram it is input link because of this the formulae changes it should be L4/L1

    Okay, so basically I'm designing a steering system for my third year dissertation. It is Ackerman based and I want to predict the angular performance... which is essentially the opposite to what you have done here. L1-4 are all known but I would like to know the value for all my angles as I vary theta. I know it can be done but I've totally forgotten, any idea guys?
