Welcome back to another episode of Southern Ethos Life: This week, we continue the celebration of our 15 year wedding anniversary and traveling to Destin West RV Resort in Destin, FL. During our travels we visit a couple of beachfront RV Parks and spend a day on HWY 30-A exploring the shops, patios and restaurants. We also take you on our journey to the beach and a look around at some of the best sites to book when visiting Destin West RV Resort. Please join us on our second leg of the trip in Florida as we travel over the next week to Alabama, Florida and New Orleans. We will give you a tour of the new sites, ocean views and beautiful sunsets. As usual you will hear our feedback, recommendations and if it is Concrete Camper Approved.

Happy Anniversary! Great video! I appreciate that you guys did a detailed and thorough review of the RV park, it's amenities and sites. A lot of youtubers don't give that type of info. Destin is an area that we'll have to consider. We are currently working on our Winter trip plans to Florida.

Hi! I’m a fan and I love y’all’s vibe. I want to plan an anniversary trip for our 40th. Need any tips you can share about great resorts to check for the FL panhandle area. We live in Bham.
Congrats on 40 years. Of course, we would recommend Destin West RV resort or Camping on the gulf. There are a lot of hidden jewels up and down the Panhandle. Hope you find some place GREAT. Would love to hear where you all end up staying. Safe travels, and thanks for the support ❤️.
I’ve really enjoyed this video and tour of the resort. In nine years of camping we’ve never been. I’ve never really seen a lot of good information on it. I thought I read somewhere that you are able to use the pool at the Island, do you know if this is true? You should definitely give Santa Rosa Rv Resort in Navarre a try.
Hey Samone. Yes you have access to the pool at the hotel across the street as well as beach access. They are considered sister properties. We will check out the Santa Rosa RV Resort, thanks for the recommendation. Have a great week and thank you for the support ❤️.
where in la. are you headed? we live in the slidell area but we are headed to paul b johnson state park in hattiesburg ms. this sat . you should try it.
We visited Covington and had a great time there with family and friends. We made it there and back safely. Hope you all have a safe trip and enjoy the park. We will have to check it out thanks for the recommendation.
Quick question. Where did y’all get your black club chairs? I’m having a hard time finding black ones.
Greetings, they are actually a dark navy blue. We found them at camping world. Hope that helps.

Okay, another question, would it be possible to park in that parking deck to use the cross over for beach access? Maybe for us lazy folks 🤦🏽♀️
Hey, Samone. You sure can, or if you are at the resort, you can walk next door to the hotel and use the Skywalk to cross over to the get to the beach as well.
