Awesome recipe! I make it all the time and it’s exploding with flavors without the need for any sauce! Try adding some cherry tomatoes too and grated parmesan in the end as well!! 🥰🥰🥰
Yeah I do sometimes, but just didn't have any this time lol. I'll add those for next time I make it. It's so good and definitely don't need any sauce.

My go-to pasta dish used to be a "Primavera Pasta Salad," served room temp, that had every veggie and herb in the book and flavored with oil, vinegar, lemon and parmesan.
Oh that sounds so good. Sometimes there's nothing like oil, vinegar, lemon and parmesan flavors. So simple 😀

Can i use rice instead?
Yeah you can boil the rice prior to adding it with the chicken and the veggies. Should be just as tasty. Now that you mentioned that, I think I'll try making it with rice myself lol
