For as long as I can remember I'd do exactly this kind of shit while typing things (notes, emails, code comments, school papers, etc). It is rarely just random stuff like "bitch shit fuck fuck...", but usually does a seamless transition. For example, I might type this in an otherwise professional list of bugfixes in a commit message: "Fixed the array index error and f****d your mother". I fortunately can refrain from this when in front of other people, but I do it frequently enough to be worried about accidentally leaving something in an email or something. It usually happens when I'm tired or stressed, and mostly creeps in when my mind wanders or I forget what I was going to write (which seems like what happened to her in the first clip, since she was kind of pausing to think). It also happens *a lot* more when I'm making lists like she was doing in the second video here (there's something about the shock factor of switching from professional/expected content to crazy vulgar stuff). Long story short, it's precisely the shock/hilarity/vulgarity of the stuff that makes it such a compulsion. Random curses *usually* don't hit as hard, in most contexts, anyhow. A random "FUCK YOU" in an email would still do the trick. I can't tell you how many times I've typed and deleted a random "fuck you" from social media comments, emails, text messages, and so on.
