30 Minute Full Body Circuits Workout | STF - Day 31

We will work for 3 rounds of 45 seconds of work for every exercise and the workout will be a circuit style workout with each circuit focusing on a part of the body (upper body, lower body, then core!) The training variables we will implement in our workout today will be focusing on the selection of weight and the tempo of your reps. You will use weights that are 75-85% of your max weight for each exercise to be able to perform more reps powerfully and you will move your body for 2 seconds to lengthen the muscle we are working and take 2 seconds to complete the contraction. Think of sitting into a squat for two seconds and pushing back up for 2 seconds without a pause at the bottom. You will aim for 6-12 reps for each work period and aim for muscle failure at the end of each exercise!

6. Glute Bridge Abduction
7. Seated Twist and Press
8. Glute bridge abduct and sit up

Just finished this workout. OMG!!! This circuit style is no joke. The situp with the weight on the chest is a work in progress and I am working on that. Stuck to heavy weights for the Arnold press and by the time I finished, I could feel the heat in my arms. I am just loving all these variations Sydney has in store for us for this summer. We can do it, friends and in the process get healthy and strong. Thanks Sydney for being our trainer each and every day.

Must workout with Sydney. She’s awesome, genuine in her soul, mind and heart to helping others feel good about themselves while on their individual exercise and health journey. I’ve been working out since I was 16years old religiously, with having severe scoliosis my entire life. My spine specialist couldn’t believe that I had a 64degree curvature. He told me that staying in shape helped my spine 100% in keeping my back stay strong. 10:31 I did have rods put in my spine at 36years of age. I continue to workout daily. My favorite trainer is Sydney. I’ve had many trainers over the years. Seriously, Sydney has kept me encouraged and positive with working out. I also practice yoga, out door biking, stretching and walking throughout the week while eating clean and healthy. My lower half started curving below my hips…I will not let that discourage me. Sharing this because you must never give up on yourself. I’m 60years old now and still kicking ass!!! Love you Sydney!!!! ❤🥰

Sweaty and swift! Loved the circuit grouping . Pushed up to my 20s as much as I could- couldn’t make it for the Arnold press so dropped to 15s . The second core exercise was impossible for me- just don’t have the abs to get up. Monday is DONE! Well done crew 🔥💪🏽❤️
Wow!! I was scared after that first circuit. Definitely feeling it, but also feeling SO STRONG! Something about the incline bench press is hitting a different way. Great job squad!! Keep moving!!

I surprised myself by being able to do this workout 1 day after running a half marathon.🎉 I had to adjust my weights a bit, especially for the squats but I did it!!!
Super proud of myself for sticking with this program. Thank you Sydney for helping to keep me motivated. Another thing that helps to keep me motivated is, I have to write it down on paper. I have a notebook I keep all my goals in and I track all of my workouts and weights in there as well. I also use my Facebook as a daily diary. I am sure my friends list is getting annoyed by me, but I don’t care!! Way to go everyone. See you on the other end of this program!

What I workout 🥵 I loved the band ab leg raise for some reason I became better at those I can go lower now and with band I really felt my lower abs which I never felt it's amazing thank you Sydney
It is exactly what my body needed after a busy stressful day. I love the circuit style for all the exercises except the glute bridges because it takes a long time for me to unload the heavy weights so I changed that last circuit up. We are in the second half!!!

This was one of those workouts where I felt like I'll never going to progress with my arnold press weight. (been stuck with the same weights like forever) But then there was this moment when I realized I now am able to do a sit up with my 17 pound dumbbell. 💪
