The Stoic techniques in this video are so well explained. I particularly liked the concept of Negative Visualization-it’s not about being pessimistic, but about preparing your mind for challenges, so they don’t throw you off guard. The mental strength you gain from imagining obstacles ahead of time really helps in building emotional resilience. A fantastic takeaway!

All things come to an end even bad and difficult times. It's the sad and dark times which makes us appreciate the happy and light times. The duality of life. We need bad to appreciate and contrast good.

Yes sometimes when in certain situations my mind scrambles and I begin to panic especially when driving in a terrible snow storm and I start to fear that something is going to happen with the car😮

I’m really getting a lot out of the Stoic way of life. I’d like to see a segment on how one carries themselves physically can be helpful or not. For example if you walk head up chest out it project’s confidence where a slumped posture and looking may come across as weak or timid etc.
Curious on how this can be applied and combined with stoic thinking.

Epictetus: "It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows."
How do you think embracing the humility to continuously learn can enhance our intelligence and understanding?
