He took my place in a band called the Awesome Possums. He was 12 at the time and was great then. We recorded in the same studio. I used several of his drum tracks. Amazing talent.
Playing with the legend Paul Shaffer. For those who don't know Paul was David Letterman's longtime sidekick, bandleader and keyboardist. I love Lincoln's more soulful voice here for sure.
I see a kemper on stage but he seems to have a different pedal front of him. That’s not a Kemper controller. I wonder if it’s a Neural DSP quad cortex which is a newer thing.
The pedal on the floor in front of him is a Liquid Foot Jr+. If you pause the video in the literal first second, you can see Liquid Foot on the back of the pedal if you squint really hard. :)
Love Lincoln Brewster from Steve Perry's solo album FTLOSM ♥️
Awesome to get Woody Harrelson playing drums too
For more of Linc's amazing guitar, check out Steve Perry's album For The Love of Strange Medicine.
YES:: that are the real guitar solos
I guess you need 3 Keyboard players to keep up with Lincoln !
Love it!
So cool.

3:37 looks like a small Helix. Like a POD.
Paul was jammin. Wow.
What pedal his using here? Is it kemper?
I believe so

@@fishmank27 It's a video from 2014, so I don't think it's the quad cortex ;)
@@bertjuuhh182 You’re right. Wonder what that is it isn’t a helix or Kemper thing. Maybe it’s not his. Idk.

Well he ain't no Jeff beck but he can definitely play
No Jeff Beck that's for sure
It appears he is not using his Signature Stratocaster here... 😒😑 I wonder why
For starters, this was in 2014
Because it didn’t exist.
Who’s the idiot who mixed Paul Schaeffer down? The tinkly piano thing got old after bar 4.
Need to hear that awesome organ I agree!
