Di maria proved himself in the Qatar world cup today, making the difference and helping Argentina become world champion again since their last win in 1986. Amazing player even after his prime!

Thank you for doing this. I've said this since 2014 and will say it again now... with the Albiceleste, Di Maria is the most important player. He is Messi's right hand and the perfect match up for Messi. He is the "shadow" king/prince to the GOAT Messi and the guy that always turned up on the biggest games Argentina has had. One of the most underrated players of his generation, one who had more HUEVOS and definitely not a pechofrío. He was born for big games, both in club and country. Rosario gave him the power and he has given everything back to Argentina. Well deserved, GRANDE FIDEO!
De Maria became my favourite player while he was at Real Madrid. Seeing him score in the finals of the FIFA World Cup 2022 Was so special to me. Absolute legend
There are hundreds of players who are underrated DI MARIA shouldn’t be one of them, he was unpredictable and dangerous his goal sense is on 95% out of 100
Di Maria is Out of this World. The Best Argentinian in Qatar Pitch. Just full of Talent, he carried the Argentos to Win. I knew every time he plays the Game was solved.
So inspiring I barely noticed that I watched this for 15 minutes! That top 3 of Argentina with Di Maria, Messi and Kun will be so hard to replicate in the future, they all beat so many hardships to become the top team of South America and now the world. Di Maria also got his revenge on Van Gaal and scored on both finals, he was finally rewarded after so long.
Our greatest glory is not in never failing but in rising every time we fall - Confuscious. Some people rise from the ashes like the Phoenix and claim their rightful place. The World Cup was the perfect stage for DiMaria - He set the stage for the penalty and scored the 2nd goal. His contribution will always be remembered with pride
Di Maria with the clutch for the world cup final too makes this video even better. If he had played 5 more minutes, im sure france wouldnt even have been able to catch up like they did.
Di Maria always has been great to watch. I was so happy when he joined Manchester United back then but it didn't work out for him unfortunately. At least he finished 3rd in the assist charts in the Premier League. He's a PSG legend despite having to play second fiddle to Neymar, Mbappe, Zlatan and Messi.
A little Di María anecdote: A few weeks after winning Copa América in 2021, an acquaintance of mine who works in shipping had to deliver something for Di María at his home. Di María answered the door personally, took pictures with all the delivery men and recorded lots of personalized videos for them and their families (I saw them). An amazing talent and a truly humble and generous man.
Di Maria is above this group, he played consistently well. Haven't seen Hulk or Cavani have the vision to where to break the defence, something Di Maria always could get to
@@darthkothicame7822 Cavani is more of a complete Finisher than winger or someone having vision so his game is completely different from Di Maria. As for Hulk, he was known for his Physique, Power and Pace which just made him penetrate the flanks and take long shots which is also completely different from Di Maria's playstyle so the comparison doesn't make sense. But sure I accept that Di Maria has been consistently playing on top level for the past decade and a half
My favorite player…. Yes, so underrated. I love this guy so much. I was praying if he would start the World Cup. I know if he did he would score. And when the took him off it opened the doors for France. It was criminal to take him off. I hope Messi appreciates this guy and finally he is now a world champion. Congrats DI- Maria . Di maria has wayas been my favourite His ability of scoring goal even in tough times is much more than anyone else i have seen Not exaggerating I real thinks so In 2018 against France and than again in 2022
Di Maria is top tier generational player. It's amazing how Messi & Di Maria grew up in the same neighbourhood. The fact that they even played street football together as kids is insane.
One note, Di Maria's father didn't work on a coal mine, he was a Charcoal burner, You ain't gonna get coal mines around Rosario. Which is not as dangerous as a miner, but still not the most healthy profession
The guys was so good that he keep on going invisible everytime he is on the pitch... The good kind of invisible... His spacial awareness is so good that he always find open space to strike...
Please do an extension of this video to show Di Maria's contribution to Argentina's winning the World Cup. Having said that, it's an amazing story of Di Maria's history. I didn't know much of this but I've always liked Di Maria's demeanor and professionalism.
And now he's even more of a legend, scoring an amazing goal in the greatest final game in history (and he was absolutely running the show before being subbed off) and lift the trophy. I've always said he is one of the most underrated players EVER, but the good thing is, that no longer matters. His name is forever immortal in the stars. He will be a legend till the end of time. His name will always be in that cup and his gold medal will always exist. He can bow out and hide from the public if he so chooses, you can't take what he's achieved away from him. I am just as happy for this WC win for Di María as I am for Messi.
His teammates who protected him at age 15 from the coach might have cried watching him score on their TV screens too. They were good kids to stand up for him!

As a Benfica fan I've always loved Di "Magia". His arrival was tough, he was very skinny and weak, but soon became a huge player and was later sold to Real. Magician in the field and always with a smile outside. Hope one day he can return for one last season.
I hope he does, Benfica literally made him a magician but players will always go to bigger clubs which of course he should. but, I really hope he comes back to Benfica it would help the club so much and the fans would love him back Im sure
I used google translate lmao so idk if the spanish is correct as I dont speak it.
@@matty.1899 .. well... you're right i do not him personally.. when he came with the argentina nacional teen.. he not even soy hello to the people and closed the windows curtain of the bus... maybe he just was having a bad day... in the other thing... he never had the level to be a super star... not enough level for RM.
By the way I translate myself.. just trying to improve my English.
@@chen10costarica78 You Serious?? Won Copa Del Rey; MOTM for La Decima; topped the league in Assists; Assist/game ratio in Spain second to only Ozil. Aw, Shuddup!!!
Obviously You Don't Know Football! IDI!😎
Always proved to the world that di maria is true hero...witnessed almost all of his career best matches and spellbound by his play...salute thanks and love from Nepal
Di Maria has always been one of my favorite players. You can tell he plays out of genuine love for the game.
Thank you for this because everyone focusses on Messi but I also think Di Maria deserves big recognition
Such a great winger. His talent was underrated. Real Madrid made a huge mistake selling him.
They even had the chance to sign him this year and have a last dance with him, but chose not to for some reason
Thanks for this video, Angel has been a top quality performer for many years now, really happy he finally won the world cup
What a player....did it again at the WC final. His the real Argentina were 3 nil up. World class performace
I love your story telling abilities...I don't watch because I like the stories, I watch because I love how you tell these stories
from quitting to winning the world cup. Di Maria has my respect
He did brilliant in the final, 😎
such an underrated player 💫
Di Maria is a gem 💎 I love him so much for the difference he makes in important matches but much more for his personality❤
De Maria became my favourite player while he was at Real Madrid. Seeing him score in the finals of the FIFA World Cup 2022 Was so special to me. Absolute legend
Now he's a legend!
Never quit!!! Now he’s apart of Argentina team that won the WORLD CUP 2022 🎉🥳
He is a bloody world champ now...thank you maria for everything
One of my fav player for sure, what a career
I would love to see a video of hulk.. He had such potential.. Keep it up tho 👍
@@tjfootball1908 I will!!
@@fabiocaroca5495 thanks bro
He was trash
Till he married his cousin
Kaun didn’t anything speacial for Argentina
Yeah,FVG!;😂😂😂❤🎉
When he arrived at Benfica he was a 55 kilos, individualistic dribbler. He grow up so much at Benfica, as a player and as a man ❤
Great video, there is so much more to his story that could be told. Inspirational man.
Di Maria was a key factor in Argentina's World Cup victory, so nice to see him succeed on the greatest stage of all.
my hero I love him so much, ever since the 2010 world cup he's been one of my favorites players 💙
Di Maria was born to meet Messi and pripared way to his legendary fotball success - gracias
Di Maria, Cavani, Reus, Pedro and Hulk will remain some of the most underrated players last generation
Love from Ireland, Argentian and California I’m married to an Argentine 🇦🇷
Di Maria is my favourite player. Everytime he is involved with assists, on the recieving side or giving the assists, something beautifull happens. Even if he misses, his shot/pass look beautifull.
Di maria has wayas been my favourite
His ability of scoring goal even in tough times is much more than anyone else i have seen
Not exaggerating
I real thinks so
In 2018 against France and than again in 2022
Di Maria is top tier generational player.
I’m so happy Di Maria is getting the recognition by many that he rightfully deserved! He is just an amazing athlete
Ever since I saw him score in the Olympics final I knew he would turn out big for argentina
He saves Argentina every time 🔥🔥
Hope you all remember who scorers the winning goal in the last Copa America finale
His teammates who protected him at age 15 from the coach might have cried watching him score on their TV screens too. They were good kids to stand up for him!
Di Maria is the man for the big moments, what a legend! - Olympics finals winning goal, UCl final man of the match, Copa America finals winning goal, Finilissima final goal, World Cup finals goal and destroying ousmane Dembele with great skill for Messi Penalty goal.
