Sir mujhe last 6 month se lower back and left foot me thoda sunaapan feel ho rha ha. Kuch exercise bhi ke but 1-2 din ke baad exercise chood di. To ab me exercise daily kerunga to kitne time me sahi ho jaunga.

May I kindly know any exercise for pain in my buttocks,I have mild diffuse disc buldge with posterocental and bone marrow edema of femur with reduced hip joint space in right side hip.
