I'm a beginner, but this version (performed by you) looks really cool. I don't know if I should be doing this in my 60s cause' the back of my hamstring is killing me. It's quite a workout. Other beginners dances don't get my heart pumping. Please tell us that this isn't easy for you.
You are never too old to dance. The beauty of line dancing is you can modify things to make it easier if needed. Turns can be taken out, kicks can stay on the ground, etc. I have been dancing my whole life, started ballet at 9. I have never stopped, and don't plan on it. So joyful! So put the music on, let your body go, and dance like no one is watching!
