As always, a lovely list. I think _The Collage Atlas_ deserves a shout out, likely less a game than in interactive hand drawn experience, but it looks enticing.
How have I never seen your work before?! This is exactly the kind of video I love and you've provided a ton of wonderful recommendations in a super fun, concise package. I'll have to go through your backlog now!! 😊
I see people saying this is a quiet month!? Depends whether you venture outside of AAA I guess. No rest for the wicked looks exceptional. The demo for Children of the Sun was enough to make me want it. Harold Halibut I think I would skip if it wasn’t on gamepass as the demo decreased my hype for it tbh.Tales of Kenzera: Zau is a must-play for me. I love metroidvanias and this seems to tick a lot of the boxes that Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown did. I’m excited for this month tbh.
Yeah the Harold Halibut demo didn't really work well on my handheld so I didn't get to play it properly, but I still feel optimistic! ZAU plays eerily similar to The Lost Crown - very slick and snappy. The demo might still be up on Steam. So many games and so little time!
I just realised too that I had the Broken Roads demo on my Steam Deck from a Next Fest ages ago and never got round to trying it. If it reviews well, I’ll definitely be interested in that too!
This just in: Team Cherry abandons development of Silksong citing lack of player interest as primary factor, instead moving focus to new Hollow Knight themed Vampire Survivors clone.
Two of these games aren't indie games so think of them as bonus content! 😅
This channel is so underrated for its quality
Thanks, appreciate it!

I love that game! I played it on Apple Arcade back when they were still trying to do something interesting

Release window for Silksong: when the first human settlement occurs on Mars
Not all the games here are indie.
That is mentioned both in the video and the pinned comment
