Why did you go with those bigger light switches? Do they last longer, more convenience, or is that what customer wants? Thanks for the video, learning how to do some things instead of being taken advantage of by unscrupulous electricians.
Just make sure to look at the workings of the switches inside the box before you get the replacement ones. It could be a three-way switch which looks the same as a two-way with the faceplate on.
Great info, thanks for the video. I went ahead and purchased the voltage tester since I misplaced the last one.
Glad it helped
good job... accent reminds me of my fam in NY... cheers bro, quick question did you connect the grounds ? or ?

Good question. Just for the look
Thank you for this video. I am getting up the nerve to fix my double switch. This was the only video I understood.
Thanks for watching.

Can you do these with 3 switch outlet
Yes just make sure you get the correct replacement switch
Thank you, great video.
You are welcome!
Thanks!
Welcome!
I couldn't really see in the box..was too dark..wanted to see the wires 12:03
the wires should be hooked clockwise on the scew to ensure a secure and tighter connection
I tell installers that all the time
And I would've done one switch at a time not to get confused
on of my switches doesn't have anything to screw into so i can't secure it. what part is that called so i can replace it and be done with this crap?
Old ones are actually better quality. I keeps smashing those new ones
I wouldn't call these modern. My 30 year old manufactured home was built with these.
