    I'm still in a lot of pain, more pain than I've ever experienced in my life, and more pain than I ever thought was possible. Every second is unbelievably excruciating. But I think that this video just saved my life, its like it was created just for me. If anyone is reading this, please pray for me during these difficult times, and remind me that I can do this, and have a life that is worth living. I would greatly appreciate it. I love all of you and I'm praying for you as well.

      @@brianmcandrew719 I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through the same thing. I would like to tell you what is currently helping me. First of all, think about the people in your life who love you and want the best for you. You can’t just opt out of this experience and make others suffer because you know deep down that you’re not that kind of person. But most importantly, we have to learn and truly understand that we are not our mind or our thoughts, what we truly are deep inside is the observer of the mind. That is our consciousness/soul, and it is completely whole as it is, regardless of the external factors of Maya (Illusion) and it’s affect on the mind of our soul’s vessel. It’s easier said than done but it’s worth putting in the work to understand it. Strengthening the mind is an amazing thing, but soul work is very important. I highly suggest you watch Samadhi on UA-cam, it’s free. Start with part 1 and it will set you on the right path. Much love, you can do this, because you are whole.

    Cool video. Unfortunately, my 4 year relationship ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me. I still love him so much and can't stop thinking about him. I've tried my very best to get him back in my life, but to no avail. avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of him, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss him and just can’t stop thinking about him

      I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. It’s completely understandable to feel the way you do after a long relationship ends, especially when you still have strong feelings for him. It’s okay to miss him and feel frustrated; these emotions are part of the healing process. Remember that it’s important to be kind to yourself right now. Focus on your own well-being and take it one day at a time. Surround yourself with supportive people who care about you. In time, things will start to feel a bit lighter. You’re not alone in this.

    Thank God I found this. After losing my wife she passed away in 2016 (love of my life for 45 years); I found love again with a wonderful woman. After a 62 month wonderful, thrilling relationship: she elected that we 'just be friends'. I'm still trying to deal with it. I turned it all on myself, wondering why, after her many declarations that she loved me completely; what I did or didn't do to lead her to her change of heart. I put my heart and soul into the relationship. This video will help immensely in dealing with the pain. Thank you.

      I see the issue you tried so hard that is attachment to an outcome. When chasing something hard you're putting out an energy of lack desperation that repels.
      There is a healthy balance where you put in just enough effort energy towards your goal without being too attach to that one thing your able to pull back your energy into other areas its when you send out an intent then pull attention focus elsewhere allows space for it to come.

Your message is a reminder that we are stronger than we often realize, and it’s time to let go of anything or anyone that holds us back. Keep shining, and thank you for inspiring others to do the same! 💪✨

    I believed you were my PSP, it's not easy but I have now realised you finally and completely freely I appreciate that you came into my life for that was a much needed life lesson, may I keep my sunshine forever and may the sunshine keep shining in your life too☺️👏... it's great and powerful to feel peace and freedom, calmness and serenity in my heart and mind again even though now and then you still pop up in my mind. The heaviness of weight I felt is a huge relief, thanks LORD for searching my heart and revealing what wasn't pleasing to you ❤🌞

      Thanks, it's not easy but everyone comes into our lives as a blessing or a lesson. I truly believe this no matter how much I wish. I feel I let myself, him and God down because he was opening up to me but me and my poor listening skills 😮 God is helping me to improve my listening skills to learn to listen to understand and truly hear rather than responding and to practise patience and self-control, the power of silence and not feel the need to explain myself unnecessarily. He has given me the spirit of power, love and self-discipline ❤ we love because God loved us first so I love

    Some people told me that I am too nice of a person. So I try being aggressive and I don't like that version of myself but I also don't like being a sook. I also don't like listening to negative conversation but I love the person venting about negative things. Feeling confused and now losing myself

    • @powerfulstoichabits
      @powerfulstoichabits  2 місяці тому +4

      Thank you for sharing your feelings. It's natural to feel conflicted when trying to balance kindness and assertiveness. It's important to stay true to yourself. You don't have to be aggressive to set boundaries; you can be firm and respectful at the same time. It's also okay to protect your own well-being by limiting exposure to negativity, even if you care about the person venting. Finding this balance takes time, so be patient with yourself. You’re on the right path by seeking clarity.

      It sounds like you're caught between trying to be true to yourself and adapting to how others expect you to act, which can be really tough. You don’t have to force yourself into being aggressive if it doesn’t feel right. As for listening to negative conversations, it’s okay to support someone without absorbing all their negativity. Maybe you can set limits, like helping them focus on solutions rather than dwelling on the problems. Remember, it’s okay to protect your energy too. You're not losing yourself, you're just figuring out how to maintain yourself amidst the noise.

    I agree about validation. But sometimes security is a real reality for example I'm attached to the family home I am part inheritance of. I'm so fearful I wont financially be able to buy the other person out
    Will I be able to give myself a home?
    And also lots of family memories of people gone from this earth in this house
    I am trying to trust the universe
    And believe everything happens for my highest good
    And all is well
    But it is emotionally hard sometimes and I can be very fearful

    • @powerfulstoichabits
      @powerfulstoichabits  3 місяці тому +3

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. It's completely understandable to feel a strong attachment to your family home, especially when it holds so many cherished memories and significant ties. Financial concerns and the fear of not being able to secure your place in this home are valid and can be quite daunting. ♡ ♥💕
      Trusting the universe and believing that everything happens for your highest good is a wonderful mindset, but it's also okay to acknowledge the emotional challenges that come with it. It's normal to feel fearful and uncertain at times. Remember that these feelings don't diminish your strength or your trust in the process.
      As you navigate this situation, consider seeking professional financial advice to explore all possible options for securing your place in the home. Having a clear understanding of your options can provide some peace of mind. Additionally, lean on your support system, friends, family, or even a counselor, to help you manage the emotional weight of this journey.
      You're doing your best, and that's all anyone can ask for. It's okay to have moments of fear and uncertainty. Allow yourself to feel these emotions, but also remind yourself of the resilience and resourcefulness you possess. You're not alone in this, and with time, things will become clearer. Trust in yourself and your ability to find a way forward.
      ♡ ♥💕♡ ♥💕

      It sounds like you’ve gained some valuable clarity about what you truly need in a relationship. It can be tough when someone you’ve cared about for so long turns out to be different from what you imagined. Trust your instincts and know that letting go, though difficult, is sometimes the healthiest decision for your own well-being and growth. You deserve to be with someone who respects your boundaries and aligns with your vision for the future. Stay strong and prioritize your happiness-you’re making space for something better to come into your life.

It’s incredibly hard to face rejection, especially multiple times, but remember that your worth isn’t determined by how others treat you. Epictetus said, “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.”
      At 66, you’ve built a lifetime of experiences and resilience. While this heartache feels heavy now, it doesn’t define the rest of your life. Take this time to nurture yourself, focus on your well-being, and rebuild from within. You’re stronger than this pain, and your story isn’t over yet. Keep moving forward, one step at a time. I realised what truly mattered to me last year. The person I trusted the most in the world killed my love and trust. I felt I lost my world, all I had was pure love, the kind only fools have, a rarely today. My love was my shackle, I loved a degenerate who is capable of killing a baby in a womb in cold blood. I’ve had feelings of ending it all, but something preserved me, I’m grateful to him.
    Today I’m someone I never thought I could be, I could never flourish while I was with him he limited me in every way, I was lied to over years.
    I thought once I had so many questions from life from him, so many blanks…it took a while but I realised what answers can you seek from a dead inhuman a degenerate …nothing.

Your journey from such a deep hurt to finding strength and gratitude is truly inspiring. It's a testament to your resilience and inner strength. Remember, it's okay to have felt those dark moments, but it's also important to acknowledge the growth and self-discovery that has emerged from them. You're not defined by the betrayal you faced but by how you've risen from it. Continue to cherish the person you've become and the lessons you've learned.
