    I feel good at confidence now, tomorrow I will forget about this video and go back to be unconfident.. however, I will make sure to remember these;
    1- Don’t make assumptions
2- Don’t wait for others to make you feel good about yourself
3- Create a role for yourself, pick a role that fits your capabilities.
4- Define Confidence, what does it mean to you since it is diverse topic.

I got a tip to you, next time when u see someone approachable or not approachable, approach them and act like u know them all life long, if man say heey my man whats up ask some questions and with time u will get better at it trust me. Ofcourse some people will be in anger or something soo its not up to you if they reject you.

Angela Cavon. Put the pressure on them. You know who LOVES to talk about themselves?? Everyone does! So, ask a question, put yourself in their shoes, (which requires a lot of presence/staying in the moment without mind wandering) and then find out who they are, what problems they have, if you can help, and treat them like they want to be treated. Not how you want to be treated , put yourself in their shoes and all the questions will come easy, because your goal is to understand them. Conversation will flow easily. Just practice. Hope this helped!

    1. Make positive assumptions about yourself and your surrounding and challenge your negative ones.
2 Praise yourself reallistically from past accomplishments to overcome present and future hurdles.
    3. Choose a role for any situation or circumstance that your comftorable with and can express easily while ignoring other people labels about you.
    4. Find your own perfect definition of confidence and become good at it.

Great advice and ideas but unfortunately, very few people change from watching a video. Even if the information is sound, real change takes time, practice and repetition. It also requires overcome blocks and self-sabotage. Cognitive-behavior therapy is great at helping make deep, profound and lasting change. Not making assumptions? In CBT, that's called not mind-reading or fortune-telling. Not waiting for others to make you feel good, that's called positive self-talk, create a role, that's called making behavioral changes or developing social skills, and defining confidence is being true, genuine and authentic with yourself. The problem is that real change isn't intellectual or based on some knowledge, it is much deeper than that and goes to your core. Most people need support in making these kinds of changes. But still, good advice.

Confidence is sexy high value. Confident is easily to build within.
    Know your worth.
    Don't assume things
    Compliments.
    Praises
    Show interested.
Don't wait for other people to make you happy find happiness within yourself Frist love respect yourself.
Confidence is not oh I hope they like me. Confident is Who care what anyone thinks or says let them be. If like or love me good. If they don't give a shit of them. They past is in the past. Live live in the present moment instead.
You can be anything you want to be. Without, being what other people want you to be.
People are too judgemental critics labeling crizing. Lucky not everyone the same ways.
Find the right friends online and offline. Connection talk with people online and offline.
Isolation doesn't solved anything and its unhealthy. You dont need someone to complete you, you'll want people to accept you.
Just be yourself confident brave honest and helpful understanding sweet sensitive nutriting respect responsible and don't be shy, after you get used to talking to people it be right.
    4.
    Know your purposes goals. Independent.

So interesting that each of us has own perception of the confidence. I advise to find the strong skills of your personality and develop them, through developping you'll become the most confident person in the world. At times i learned subjects in wich i hadn't good skills, but than i realised that i wasted my time. Now i pursue doing only those stuff wich really bring me excitement and help to boost confidence. I suppose to achieve the cherished dream after putting efforts.

So a kid aged about 9 moves from a place like zimbabwe, Russia or Bangladesh etc to the US, UK or Canada etc and doesnt speak a word of English. Just 5 years later that same kid is SUDDENLY the COOLEST kid in class, the most streetsmart, speaks excellent English and is the most assertive and even a bit if a bully but is very cool nonetheless. The local born kids look on in envy: "How on Earth did this kid from such a poor country become so trendy and cooler than us?"
