    I like the way you show how the sentence is broken down in highlights on the side. At 85, I’m not going to learn a language but I definitely will benefit from seeing how your sentences are structured. Thank you, as always very informative.

    Hi Dan, thanks for the Korean lesson. I have been studying korean for the past two years and I'm loving it. Its a language that I have a passion for because I love the sound of it. I watch a lot of korean dramas so that helps me a lot as well. I believe when we apply ourselves to learn something we'll do well. Thanks for the vlog.

    • @jamesrankin6055
      @jamesrankin6055 2 роки тому

      Actually, that is reason I'm sure why I love listening / wishing I could speak languages is because of their sounds. I grew up listening to Maltese. It's a sort of cross between Italian and maybe Lebanese (?). I tried to learn that language, but was very disheartened when I found my uncle over there and his friends wanting to speak to me in English. LOL
      The Korean language is pulling me in I know it is. So, these days I avoid watching too much k-drama. But if you love a language and are addicted to k-drama like I almost am, then you're onto a winner. Keep it up. ;)

    👍 More of this please. I am a beginner Korean language learner... have Hangeul down but that was the easy part. I am learning words but struggle with the correct conjugation, particles, sentence endings, etc... yet I find the Korean language quite poetic and wanted to learn it for these same reasons I find it challenging -- for the repetition of sounds I so love in poetry (alliteration, consonance, assonance) found in no small part from the subject topic object particles, verb conjugation / tense, sentence endings... That said, not expecting you to change your content, but the occasional Korean conversation lesson vlog with written and spoken Korean & English translation (very helpful to have both Hangeul and English) is a fun way to learn. This was a treat. 🙏😊

    Thanks so much for sharing with us, Danny. It’s great to learn informal acclaimation words in korean. I kept looking at a furr balls sniffing around there 😂🐶. Your korean dialect is very nice to hear like in kdrama (Gyeonggi). Different with those from Daegu (Gyeongsang dialect) and others. You definitely look so great, but i was laughing hard to see your food at right corner of your lips 😂🤣 too funny and cute. Btw thanks again, and stay marvellous.

    Hello there, Dan. I think you're onto something with Korean language tips for other peeps. I'm not into it myself, mostly because I'm studying Polish. But if I wasn't, I'd probably skip the Maltese and go straight for Korean. LOL
    If it hadn't been for all the K-Dramas I've been watching it would never have crossed my mind to get interested. Trouble is, I already am. But I've just not got the time for that as well. For other peeps following you who might want to get into Korean, it might help if you get hold of a book on Hangul (?) for the alphabet and try to get a Korean Frequency Dictionary. Forget about the grammar until you've built up a bucket-load of Korean words. ;)
    I'm trying to get on top of my Polish studies, so that I can find the time to get back into web page building, drawing and hopefully one day maybe miniature model making for filming miniature film sets. Wishful thinking I know, but hopefully I'll get there before I drop dead. LOL
