Want to learn more about empowering yourself to experience therapy on your terms? If you appreciated this episode, you wont want to miss out on The Client Workbook! www.zerodisturbance.com/client-workbook
Loving your approach to this work. Refreshing! In London and starting trauma work with vets so I've got my learning head on and will be checking out your website/ training. Thank you!!
Hi! I love your podcast and am a therapist who loves to use the resources you share. I wanted to ask you more about depression as a silly diagnosis. I am genuinely interested in whether you believe there is a biological component to depression that can sometimes require medicine. I agree that we are coded certain ways that impact us but would love to hear more about your thoughts on the genetic aspect of depression. I don't love labels by any means and don't want to use them unnecessarily and want to learn more about this reframe and perspective in conjunction with the biological component. What is the best way to learn more about this?
