Exactly. But the problem is gambling is also being done excessively by kids and there are no warnings attached when people play on these apps. People know that when they buy a cigarette it will harm them, maybe kill them because it is printed on the box itself and every discussion and every ad on tobacco treats it as the worst thing you could do besides drugs. More importantly, even children know that cigarettes are bad. But, with these apps, kids use them openly and dont even realise that its bad. Could you please take some time off to create a short video on IT consultancies, mostly within Hyderabad, who conduct fake online interviews. They give a small amount of money to the skilled people(mostly within India) who take job interviews for the unskilled people(mostly in North America). This is exploiting the skilful youth who have studied and worked so hard to earn IT skills and now find it much hard to get a job because of such unethical practices. These companies conduct fake online interviews. In the online video/audio interview, the skilled person(who also joins the online interview either using 3rd party software or phone) answers the interviewer questions while there unskilled candidate mostly use lip syncing software and mocks the skilled person while being interviewed. So ideally in the interview there are 3 people(skilled connect thru phone and don't use video, un-skilled uses video and just do the lip movement and the interviewer). Pls let me know if you want to know more. I request you to please create a video as it would help expose those fake IT consultancies and help d deserving candidate get the right job in this battling market from recession.

Could you please take some time off to create a short video on IT consultancies, mostly within Hyderabad, who conduct fake online interviews. They give a small amount of money to the skilled people(mostly within India) who take job interviews for the unskilled people(mostly in North America). This is exploiting the skilful youth who have studied and worked so hard to earn IT skills and now find it much hard to get a job because of such unethical practices. These companies conduct fake online interviews. In the online video/audio interview, the skilled person(who also joins the online interview either using 3rd party software or phone) answers the interviewer questions while there unskilled candidate mostly use lip syncing software and mocks the skilled person while being interviewed. So ideally in the interview there are 3 people(skilled connect thru phone and don't use video, un-skilled uses video and just do the lip movement and the interviewer). Pls let me know if you want to know more. I request you to please create a video as it would help expose those fake IT consultancies and help d deserving candidate get the right job in this battling market from recession.
