My girls would love this. I’m going to try this. I have razzle dazzle instead of amethyst and azure blue instead of sky blue. Close enough. Thanks for the inspiration. It’s really nice!
Wow I really like that shirt and I don't find myself generally drawn to most tie dyed shirts. I love the black and the purple turning pinkish is an awesome happy accident. I think that lighter colors against the dark background makea the shirt look like you were carefully dying to get the effect. This is a shirt that I would actually wear and I'm usually just into the process. Definitely a thumbs up lol
Thank you so much, Felicity! I love this color combo for sure!! I want to clarify for you, the black was 100% deliberate. The thing that threw me off was my Amethyst being a light pink color rather a deep magenta like the swatch. If you are to make this I just wanted you to understand a little better the process. ❤️🌈
I think the shirt looks amazing great colour choice I want to thank you again for all of your advice you fun endeavours and tie-dye hobo are top-notch I had my first sale over 4 July weekend I was quite happy with the results next stop the fleamarket thanks again
You’re so welcome! I’m glad you are enjoying watching. I love, Angie! Tie dye Hobo cracks me up. He makes some funky tie dyes. 😁 Congratulations on your first sale!! WOO HOO!! 🎉 Good luck on future sales. 😊❤️🌈
That is incredibly gorgeous!!! I love the microwave lid idea!!! What a neat concept, I love how it compacted the spin fold, it looked like it made it easier and quicker to work with. I might just have to get one for myself. 🤣👏🤣👏🤣 Thanks for sharing. ♥️😊
Barbara, I can’t take credit for it. I saw it on #igotdyeonit and it really works!! It’s my new favorite tie dye hack. I have a link in the description box to make it easy to find. I think Amazon has them on sale for $6.99. 😁❤️🌈
@@BelladonnaDyesCo Excellent!!! & I love how you give credit!!! All the inspiring creations I too want to make I plan on giving credit for. Cause other than the beginning of my journey the only one I thought of myself was just based off of the classic style, and ever since then I've really been able to branch out. I can't wait to get new dye from Darhma so I can make ones inspired by your creativity. Your so information. Again, as always, thanks so much for sharing.
I really like these black back projects! They look so cool. I finally finished my quilt top and my next thing is to use some of the fabric I tie dyed that came out a little too pastel to make baby clothes for my new niece (she was just 10 weeks old last Sunday)...so tomorrow I'm going to be laying out my patterns...she will be the coolest dressed baby around!
Ohhh she certainly will!! I think that’s awesome! I wish I knew how to sew. That would open up so many more options for dyeing. That reminds me, I need to make some onesies. 😁❤️🌈
These are my colors!!! This is beautiful. Black on the back really makes the colors pop! Thanks for sharing this with us. I really hope more people start finding your channel. You answer every comment. You post everyday. You teach tips and tricks. You deserve a billion views. I really appreciate your channel.💜💜💜
You’re too kind, Penelope!! I really appreciate your support. I hope people gravitate towards my. channel too. The more people watch and like and comment, well the the more the content will get out there to people that want to learn. ❤️🌈
I’m in love with this color combination. Your amethyst is way lighter than your swatch. It’s really pretty on both the swatch and the shirt. I wonder what happened? Did you mix it in a lighter formula? I want to get the same results you did. 💙💙💙
I totally agree! I think the dye might have been a few weeks past it’s expiration date. 😬 Which is no issue, but it created a more pastel hue. Go for it, Shannon. It will be beautiful regardless!! ❤️🌈
Wow! I bought one of those lids and am going to have to try it out, that spiral came out great! Like the color combo, I've been doing lots of spirals lately and that's a really nice one :-)
Hi, Yolanda. Tie dye of all kinds needs to be washed in hot water. Before it’s dyed and afterwards. I explain my process in just about every tutorial I upload. I hope this helps. ❤️🌈
Ha! You accomplished in minutes with that microwave cover what I've seen guys do with forceps and tweezers taking over a half-hour or more. Yes, they were darn near perfect, but still. Now to figure out that switchback spiral.
Richard, I’m telling you this cover is the BEST tool. It really works!!!! The switchback is easy if you can do a pleated spiral. I cannot do the pleated spiral, YET! I forgot who (I should have written it down) did a switchback recently and stitched it. I can see the value in the stitching 100%. It’s on my list of things to tackle one day!! ❤️🌈
I hate the Lume commercial and the old lady says “Odor uptown or downtown” They play it on every video you upload! I swear!! She makes me cringe 😂 This spiral is EVERYTHING!!! 💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀💗🌀
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 I’ve seen that one! It’s so BAD!!!! I wish I had control over the ads but I don’t. UA-cam put what they think you would want to see… I’m glad you like the spiral though. 😉❤️🌈
This turned out really nice. I like the black stripes.
Thank you, Arthur! 😄❤️🌈

I have to agree with you agreeing with me! 😂 I’m in love with it!! Why don’t I make these in my size?!?! ❤️🌈

I hope you like the cover!! Take it easy. If the shirt is stuck to the table, STOP! Don’t tear a hole. ❤️🌈
How do I know to use hot water or cold water wash??
All tie dye needs to be washed in hot water. She mentions it in every video. 💙😺

Thank you 🙌 ❤️🌈
I can’t find the microwave lid cover thingy🤷♀️❤️
It’s at the very bottom of the list… I’ll move it up since I use it so much. Microwave Cover: amzn.to/2TFAQfz
