  • **Please note, I no longer use and cannot recommend Dixie Belle Paint products due to highly questionable business practices, contract violations, and unethical treatment of artists and retailers that led to mine and numerous others resignations in late 2021. Please see the links below for more information. I have chosen to leave this video content up for learning purposes only, but highly recommend considering other products when trying to achieve these same techniques. There are too many good product brands on the market to support a brand with these practices. I've included links to my most used options below

@whisperjam33m24 yep, sure did, way before it ever existed, I submitted the color sample and mix. At one point they talked of naming it for me, it it was just another idea they appropriated from artists without credit

Thank you for making this look easy. I say that only because I have never used chalk paint before. I have been wanting to try this for some time now and I'm finally going to get my chance. I'm decorating a spare room and have the teals going on and want to revamp a 1940ish chest of drawers. Poor thing has seen better days, but I love it! Wish me luck, and thanks again!

I love watching you paint & blend. I am so afraid to try it. I have this beautiful solid wood bed I just painted an almond color. Now I have purchased 3 Dixie Belle paint colors to do blending. The original paint I put on this bed was Benjamin Moore advance paint bc I had some.
My question - do I have to put a fresh coat of wet paint on first before I start blending? The Benjamin Moore advance paint seals on its own. ( for lack of better words). The 3 colors I picked to blend are French linen and a sea foam green color. What are your suggestions. How can I send you a picture?
Thank you in advance for listening. Patty😊

Savannah mist, drop cloth & French linen are the 3 colors I love from watching one of your other videos. That is what I want to add to this bed. Possibly I can send a picture in an email. Is it possible to share your email or let me know how to upload a picture in a comment. Thx.
