Ribs looked good Al. I heard you had to cook Iberico pork to a lesser degree due to the fat. I never had them, just seen a few videos about it. In any case, you were eating good in your neighborhood that day. Nice cook!

good comparison. I been meaning to check these out since I saw them last time i went to the wildfork store. if they are more fatty, I am guessing they get tender a lot faster? If i ever cook these, I'll have to make sure I get them out sooner.
Yes sir! That's a good game plan. I didn't know that you have to take them out at a lower temperature, but I have another rack in the freezer so now I know for next time! Cheers bud!
@@AlLunacyQing yah i dont know for sure lol. I never cooked them. I just saw another video where they said they were done in like 1hr45minutes cooking at 275. so maybe it's not so much the final temp, maybe it's more than they gone done waay faster than normal ribs?

Interesting. I've seen the adds for the iberico, from what I see here i don't think they are worth the extravagant prices I've seen.
