We had 20 customers - cost was about 175.00
@@AlLunacyQing i thought each brisket cost like 20-30 bucks? where did the rest come from im geniunly curious
Each brisket was $46 and that's because I got them super cheap. The cost of the plates, napkins, bbq cups, boxes of chips, pickles, jalapenos, onions, buns, wrappers, candy and all the ingredients to make the bbq sauce added up. The good thing is I have enough of those supplies for 3 more sales next time.
