Born and raised there my first 21 years. I use to go to cocowalk every other weekend 😂. Banana Joe's was my spot. My family and I stay at mutiny or Arya when we come back to visit. Great video by the way!

When I grew up there my first 27 years, Cocowalk and the Mayfair House shops was my favorite place to hang out!!❤ It's my favorite place in the while world, still!! I guess I was never a big fan of crowded places? And I lived going to the area of where Monty's Bar & Grill is at, there's a big park near that area right off the water that I loved too! My EX husband and I with some friends use to go fish behind the Mansions there by the water at night, like after 11pm. I'm sure Noone can do that anymore?🫣
The balcony’s used to have hot tubs. I guess during the renno they removed them. Kinda sad. It was a super cool feature.
Hey, thanks for the comment! I did see some older pics of the Mayfair with the balcony hot tubs; agree that was a cool feature. I guess some were replaced with outdoor showers.

The Mayfair House is simply iconic. So glad they preserved the architecture during the remodel. It is truly a hidden gem in the Grove.
