- Mental health was a taboo subject in the Soviet Union, and here in the US many immigrants don't acknowledge that mental health issues even exist. I was like that too, but over time I realized that the challenges are real and we all need help from time to time. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Dad we need
It is funny how Mental Health issues were dealt with in the former Soviet Union. That is old school and old style , not to say that we shouldn't do some of it now, however we have now all been exposed to other modalities of treatment for mental health issues. Let us embrace old AND new school philosophies. 😊😅. Thanks for always making me laugh. Your videos improve my mental health all the time. Laughter is VERY GOOD MEDICINE!😊
