The Pigma Micron markers are excellent for writing in this planner. They use pigment ink so the colours are highly saturated. It is acid free, waterproof after drying, which on this paper takes a few seconds, and archival safe. I bought a 16 pk on amazon and am loving it. The .45mm lines are great for writing in these tiny grids.
I have the Original in a leather case, so handy it comes with me everywhere! I stopped using it for a few weeks so I made a 'notes' section out of the blank pages. Can't wait to see what 2018 has to offer.
Oh man, you have converted me! Went straight to the site and ordered the Weeks. Can't wait to simplify everything next year and follow a more minimal planning system. Thanks for the inspo x
Yaaaay it's so fun to see your haul! I hope you do more Hobonichi videos! ^o^ I ordered Memories for my English A6, Thank You All for my Avec Cousin, and Day Dream Weeks. I literally only bought the Day Dream Weeks because it's beautiful. I don't know what I'm going to use it for. My sister bought Vitamin Dot (the same as yours) for her Cousin. She also got a Cover-on-Cover so she can put an image of Peridot from Steven Universe in it. I am SOOOOO happy that the Avec Cousin has weekly pages now! I use the Cousin for school and found that I tend to ignore daily pages because of how many pages I have to flip through to get to the current date. I also prefer the lightness of the Avec Cousin. Plus, it's split nicely between semester months XD
Oh! I'll make sure to film a plan with me with my hobonichi, granted I use a few other planners besides the ECLP but none are as pretty so it's always hard to know whether people would want to see those or not :)
I haven't even looked at the Avec for the Cousin, that's really great to know :D I might consider that for 2018 now so I can plan with more washi tape :D
New to your Chan. and I thank you for this view. The Hobonichi planners are just fabulous. I use the Cousin primarily for work - it can really handle very in-depth planning. I do use some stickers, but not extensively. Incidentally, the cover-on-covers (plastic), are a separate purchase, but they are extremely inexpensive. :)
Welcome to my channel! Thanks so much for watching :D I love hearing how other people use their hobonichi planners since it's hard to find other users :D
Does this years Cousin have the two days per page December 2016 feature? Or does it go straight into the 2017 weeklys? Fabulous video! Found it extremely helpful and it's just reaffirmed that the Cousin is the right one for me! :)
Yay! That's awesome :D I just checked and no, unlike last year there are is two days per page for December, it goes straight into 2017! Hopefully that helps!
For the original 16 avec on the Monthly spreads, how many grids are there in one day? is it 6 x 7 squares? The hobonichi a6 english is 5 x 6 squares which is different.
Hi! I'm new to your channel, so I watched it just now. Will you show how you actually use all your hobonichi ( without showing any personal or confidential information, you could cover it with post its)? I didn't get it how you use your A5 Cousin with all of it? I more interested in the functional planners than in just beautiful planners. Thank you
Hi! Welcome to my channel, thanks so much for stopping by :) I certainly intend to show how I use my hobonichis, I am working into getting a good routine in and then I'd be happy to film a video :D
man. I've never used a Weeks, but I noticed that it's hard to keep up with my schedule with the A6. Would you recommend the weekly booklet or the Weeks for work and light class/study scheduling?
I personally recommend the Weeks for very light scheduling, I think if you want to take detailed notes then something more indepth like the A6 or cousin would be a lot better, gives you plenty of room. Hopefully that helps!

Oooh thanks for the recommendation! I will have to try them out :D

Oooh, I am doing Hobonichi Techo for the first time in January, so I'm glad to see your haul. Hope to see your setup and plan with me videos!
Thank you so much :D

Oh wow that's such an awesome haul :D Right? The weekly views are the best in my opinion :D
I'll love to see how you plan in it! I never knew you were using a Hobonichi, always thought it was an ECLP!

Hobonichi has the avec for the cousin and it has the week view ! Love this unblocking though !

I would wanna see how you store all your planners and wallets since u have quite a few.
With great difficulty!! But I will keep this in mind for a video, as I've had a few people ask for the same :)
I would like to see a flip through of some that you've finished.
Duly noted :D I'll make sure to do one with my hobonichi!
When did you Place and Receive your order for the Hobonichi and Accessories for the New Year ? Thanks 🙌

I really love you A6 cover! Its last year edition?
Now I want the weeks one .... oh my
It's it so cute?? I love it!
Love your channel! Just wondering how long it took to get to Aus, was thinking of buying some too :)
It took... about 2-3 weeks? I always give about a month's buffer when I order things from overseas :)
