Thanks for showing the real process we all go through with our not so picture perfect turnouts on the first try. I also love that you tried a modification and showed us how that turned out. I'm always modifying recipes too. I did the cottage cheese bread recipe mixed with the chicken pizza base recipe. It's great; makes super garlic breadsticks, though they're limpy rather than stiff. I combined shredded cooked chicken with mozzarella cheese, seasonings, egg, and cottage cheese, and cooked in silicone 'garlic bread' oval molds. Then I froze them to use as pizza bases - but so far I've only made garlic bread sticks by sprinkling on more mozzarella and some chives. Delish - but not all my modifications are successes! lol. Your sandwich inspires me to do a 'pizza roll up' too. I think if we make the bread and roll it up with pizza toppings, then freeze it, we can pop them in the oven or air fryer for a quick meal. At least that's how it works in my head! 😆
@@AccioPadfoot12 thank you so much! I appreciate your comment! Pizza roll ups sounds delicious! I will have to try that!! And yes modifying doesn’t always work but it’s such a good feeling when it does!😊
I tried a new take on this yesterday and it was delightful!!! I used 3 eggs, 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2 c cooked ground beef and whizzed it in the nutribullet, baked it at 350 for 20, and i was going to flip it and cook it longer but it honestly didn’t need it and it was delish!! SOOO bread-like! Next time I’m going to use cooked chicken instead to make it a “lighter” taste profile. The beef made it like a “deeper” bread, like rye or pumpernickel (not quite that strong but that direction) so I figure the chicken will lighten it.
Thank you for posting an honest and real version of this recipe. Love how you showed different options.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it! Have a great day!

That's interesting! I might have to try that!
Cheesy one might work great as a pizza crust.
That's a good idea!
That's very nice. I'll try to make it.🙂
Let me know how it goes!💕
Why 2 eggs?
It helps bind everything together!
