Hello to all, pls keep a can of electrical contact cleaner in the house. Learn how to pull out the battery out of the key fob. If you have put the key fob in washing machine you have to quickly take action as below.
Do not try to test to the key fob. Pull out battery asap and then spray liberally the contact cleaner into the opened battery slot & then into battery holder. Flick the key fob a few times and repeat the contact cleaner spray into the fob. Let it self dry for few hours. Then finally dry it using a hair dryer without using low or high heat setting. Put in ew batteries and hope for the best. 😅 Regards.

awesome on my last ford cars, seems you spent less than i did. Mercedes w204 4cly in America has bad reputation; but i see that in Malaysia , Indonesia, and curtain African counties say these w204s are reliable. all the m271 engine wants is oil changes and it is great high miles car. so i hope to find out
