Redmane Build, 1v3 in Siofra River (Elden Ring)

- We were testing out a "multi-emblazoned" Knight Build the other night

Basically, I have all the fashion and tools that all the NPC crest knights have: Redmane, Cuckoo, Godrick, Leyndell, Haligtree, Mausoleum, ... That means Partisans, Knight's Greatswords, different Greatshields, Greatbows, and plenty of ashes of war to throw out. The setup is coming along rather nicely and the build is fun so far!
Currently, the build is sitting at level 44 +3 somber / +7 regular, but I may very well push up higher to give more leeway for stats and talismans.

You can tell how overleveled Vyka was by how much longer it took to proc frostbite. Great gankspank!
This perfectly depicts 90% of Elden Ring invasions.
But at meta level you usually get bombarded by infinite projectiles spam in the meantime.

The sheer amount of weapons you got in this build is staggering...and something I really want to implement in my own early game builds. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this kind of stuff; your long form videos are massively informative, and I'd thoroughly enjoy a sit down and just chat all kinds of shit about this game.
Honestly, as a fellow tryhard, I respect the blue, I wouldn't mind fighting him/her, haha.
But the host. Good lords. I have no sympathy for them and their dual vykes phantom.

Redmane knight cosplay using frost weapons. Something about that just makes me laugh lol. If there is DLC that involves time travel, I hope one of the things we can get is the Redmane knight armor without the burnt coat-of-arms because it's the one thing holding it back for me in terms of fashion. Redmane with frost... I would rather have Raw infusion if that was still present, alas, Frost is perhaps the closest thing to having a Raw infused weapon while being a decently powerful status effect. It still scales off Strength and Dex, and many folks are running around with status effects. Might as well even the playing the field, eh?
Yknow, I've seen overpowered weapon brainrot lots of times, but this is the first time I've seen it this strong with dual Vykes. Almost lore appropriate, seeing poor Vyka fling themselves into the electro orb over and over. Of COURSE the big spike leaking madness would make your brain trickle out of your ears if you ran around with two of them, it just makes sense

Would be nice if there was a fire version of the ice spear ash of war, so we can properly cosplay the spear version of the Redmane knight on horse back not far from the impassable bridge S.O.G.
Those lightning wisps... They'll get ya. If you're in water, they will hit you.
I haven't seen a lot of use for the Knight's greatsword. It deserves some love!

ASPD central. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything for not having played Elden Ring pvp. And now that I think about it, and I don't want to kill the fun, but I feel like they still enjoy making people suffer even when they lose.

Which stats should I level up in Elden Ring as a beginner? I used to watch your vids on Bloodborne, but Elden Ring has more new stats than Bloodborne so it's a little confusing.
Get vigor to 60, get just enough of the damage stats to equip your favorite weapon/magic, and get enough endurance to get at least 75 poise with your armor.
Try knights GS with implaing thrust, knight enemies themselves have a similar move to it

This is exactly how long my gank spanks take except the host is constantly running away. Hides behind every Hunter and Phantom and once those go away he runs as far as he can.

Yeah when pvp starts to stale with the same people, I take my 125 or 137 builds to do a solo tunter’s tongue run, keeps things fresh and interesting, managing the mobs and an invader at the same time is thrilling
What's the purpose behind each weapon copy? Is it different ashes or affinities or something else?
The NPC Knights (who I am cosplaying as) have different moves and ashes of war that they can throw out at the player so I matched my Arsenal to what they can use. This makes the build adaptable and can surprise opponents.
Have to say, genuinely expected a connection error the moment you finished Francis. Alas, his fingers just weren't quick enough.
You know how it is, gank with overeleved who abuse dual proc weapon, griefing you from start, but when all what they have fails they just run like a scared child. You know op weapon odoesn't make good player and you already can say how dudu that phantom was. Good invasion.
Im pretty sure the cold water from the river was more helpful at trying killing jm than the host was. The dude casted like maybe 5 spells then ran away.
Another reason why lowering the playerlimit is a detriment to invasions
More that it shouldn't be shared: every world should have a set limit for host allies and invaders, not a 4 player limit and a spot that can be taken either by an ally or an invader, meaning you can have a guaranteed 3v1

Amazing. It's so baffling how players like these run around like chickens, try the one or two things they heard were SuPeR OP on The Internet, and then get so scared when it doesn't work. Even against this, the most honest of builds, they play totally disoriented and haphazardly. A for effort on their part I guess??? Terrific invasion

I dont get why at that point, the host just surrenders and resets their gank. There was no reason to run all the way to the spirit corpse just to escape. He only had his pride to lose, but he lost it 3 phantom kills into the invasion. Lmao.
I don't even think you can activate the spirit while you have other players in your world. If you need to be wthout pride, at least do the bare minimum and choose a place close to a boss fog wall to run away to when your friends get slaughtered
3:46 - I think an NPC would be smarter than this ganker... but then again, if they're not using ps vyke's, spamming blue magic spells, RoB/moonveil weapon art, using double bleed curved swords, wearing some combination of bull-goat, radahn's set or some other such all while attacking a single person with 3 people possessing 2 brain cells split between them are they really a ganker? I feel like one of the worst decisions in terms of invasions is giving the host the option if they want 1 invader or 2 (in almost every case, giving host said option makes it not an option).

In any other circumstance, I'd agree. It sounds like a contradiction.
The difference being, my swaps stuck to the cosplay/theme of my build, a "NPC Redmane Knight" and they switched to several direct counters of my (far from optimal) setup.
For all the unbalanced and ridiculous bullshit in the meta right now, i still wish I could meet the system requirements to play this game.
