    I think the problem is you didn't have enough flour but I'm sure you've figured that out already. Dough should never be like a batter. Needs to form a dough ball.

    Somrone in the reviews on Amazon daid the coating is chipping and theyr concerned its not really ceramic or lead free, anyone k ow to make sure its safe?

    I have a keepeez breadmaker and, after a year, I have been having trouble with the settings buttons on it.

    Are you still happy with this machine?
    Has it ever made clunking noises?
    Would you please check the guide if it makes a 2lb gluten free loaf? Or is the size preprogrammed?

    Total disaster
    Should be a firm doughball, NOT a pan full of batter
