@@AnxietySpecialists I'll try to convey it, tight stomach almost like writhing muscles, knot, arms burning, racing intrusive thoughts, racing heart, nausea, and now this empty head feeling that feels like a rush as well as numb and empty. Horrible dread and doom whole body burning.
Appreciate the video! My wife is going through this right now - terrible stuff. Going to make sure it's not hormone related then go from there. What do you mean by the "1-2 minute exercise" to help get use to the adrenal symptoms? Thanks!
Yeah sure. So we’ve got a series of symptoms, or sensations, that we get when adrenaline and cortisol get released. When we’ve got a panic cycle going on, it’s because our brain has decided that these sensations are dangerous and so triggers more adrenaline to be released. The 1-2 min exercises each take 1 of those sensations and recreate them in isolation so as to get exposure to them, to enable the brain to realise they’re safe. And stop the panic cycle. You can plan those each out yourselves, or I’ve got a course that walks through the whole process.
Very practical
Thanks. Should help set up a routine that reduces anxiety over time.
Thank you
You’re welcome 😊
Are you struggling with anxiety in the mornings?
@@AnxietySpecialistsstruggling an understatement

Good describing there. Yeah, that’s full on! How long has this been happening for you?

Yeah, morning anxiety can come with a bit of nausea, or even vomiting in severe cases.
