    Thank you so much Anna. By this video, it seemed to me, to be right there. I've experienced the real life you live in the U. K. I really learnt new words that I didn't know at all! The first one is "Cupboard" that in my language, italian, we commonly call "kitchen pensile or kitchen unit" Then, I've learned as well the word "Lounge" that I've always been hearing it! I thought it was a little space at the entrance of the house where you can find armchairs and a little sofa only, instead now I 'm aware it is the same of "living room"! Continuing, a new word that I didn't know is "Rug". I've always called it as "carpet"! Are there any differences between Rug and Carpet, Anna? Finally, "Cushions" similar the way I call them in my language that is "Cuscini" but I've always used the word "Pillows" Here too, is there any difference between cushions and pillows? Probably "pillows" we mean those we sleep in bed only?
    Thank you for the interactive video. So useful! 😊

    • @EnglishLikeANative
      @EnglishLikeANative  4 роки тому +2

      A carpet covers the whole floor of a room but a rug is much smaller. A cushion is used for sitting and lounging but a pillow is for sleeping. :)
