Cooking is about creating something delicious for someone else. You're a smart cookie. The food is appetizing. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
Thank you for appreciating the channel. I just subscribed to your channel I hope your channel grows too. Love from mongolia
i love mangolia..im from india
The Japanese chef's accent tripped me up. At first it sounded like a Japanese dialect, then Korean, then I realised he's speaking standard Mongolian with a Japanese accent.
At least he's understandable. The little kids in Ulaanbaatar couldn't decide if I was a foreigner or just really stupid hahaha
Same.. I tot he was speaking korean, then i listen carefully he speaks Mongol with Japanese accent. esp when he used" Eh......" its a typical Japanese ways to stop and talk again.. Mongol are more slow and calm when speaking.
@@johnthiam2446 Good observation!
@@tilelate9718 Thanks mate, Im just working too much with Japanese to notice that. Besides, we chinese speak Cantonese then to have that to coz we speak too fast by nature. hahaha!
His Mongolian is very impressive!
After 15 years, the mongolchuud got to him haha.
@batzaya olonbayar ig aa ugchih 😂
Are you from Mongolia or Russia?
Not impressive. 15 jil gehed arai muu yu
I love watching two of the most awesome warrior cultures getting along so peacefully.
We have a saying that goes "a warrior is defined not by the strength of his fists but by the strength of his heart".
Japanese and Mongolian cultures have always fascinated me. Fun fact, best boyfriend I have ever had was Japanese. He was so amazing and we are still best friends.
This meal looked fantastic!
Can't wait to go to Mongolia so I can try it!
☺☺
Awesome commentary. My mother once lived in Japan and I love the culture and food❤🧡💛
@@elizabethshingola2787 yeah!
I would love to go but to the nature areas. They look so peaceful.

I like the traditional Mongolian style any day
Finally, a fellow Bengali on this channel! I used to think where are all the Bengali comments that are so common on other food channels.
@@souvikdeb2523 ,I love tandoori cuisine especially Mongoo and Turkish, minimum of spices and oil,the real taste of ingredients 😋😋😋😋
@@parthochakrabarti8368 Haha, same here! I love Mongol cuisine too, especially the role of simple ingredients in making superb foods in their culture.
More Shimizu in future please!

Awesome video ! I love to see the different styles of cooking ' 🍻🤝
Стейки 👍, но мы привыкли видеть просто гигантские порции, а сегодня ресторанный вариант. Тоже имеет место быть.

What a wholesome video
I was very confused with the accent at the beginning. At one point I thought this was a different language? Or was he speaking regional variant of Japanese?
Then i kept watching and realised he was a Japanese expat.
His pitch and tone was very Japanese. Never heard Mongolian being spoken with a Japanese accent before. Very interesting.
You should hear Vietnamese and Japanese speak to each other in Mongolian. This is what I experienced when I was getting my car fixed. One of weirdest experience in my life.

This is how we like ribeye in Texas too! We say "if it doesn't still moo, it's overcooked" lol
I'm happy that his Mongolian is considered very good even though he has a very noticable Japanese accent! Mongol phonetics are hard for westerners & it gives me more encouragement to learn & not be perfect about it
Guy wearing chef uniform is japanese. Not mongolian but the other guy is whos sitting next to him

Japanese people looks different compared with mongolia people.
They are "different", they don't come from the same ethnic/language families (i.e. Mongolians, Tuvans, Buryats, Ordos, etc.), Japanese are an isolate and are not directly related to any other contemporary group (there likely were other branches at one point a long time ago, but they were integrated into other peoples in places like modern Russia, Korea, and China), a lot of their physical differences compared to their neighbors is because of quite heavy admixture with the Jomon (the ancestors of the Ainu), who are a definitely a unique people and don't really fit the description of someone you might consider from East Asia.

Honestly, of all the videos of Khan’s that I watched, this one is not so good.
Firstly, the steaks are not rested after grilling..the excessive juiced leaked out, it’s displeasing.
Secondly, the setting has too much flies ! Imagine cutting your beautiful Xanadu Beef meat and eating with so much flies !
But, I am impressed by Shimizu’s proficiency in Mongolian and he got served his promised meal, Tsuvian by Khan.
Mmmmmm
