Yes. Base CTS hubs on all four corners.

Yes, the rear is a little different for the hubs because of having to deal with the axles, but going this route means that the stock parking brake system doesn’t have to be modified or deleted

I wouldn’t mind doing that, but luckily I have never had any rear diff issues with this car after almost 5 years now of ownership.
